Brian this clean up transformation looks 1,000,000 times better, now that you and your helper have worked your magic on this property, those weeds and growth were really tall, it is so nice that you have been able to bless this family with the clean up and transformations of the yards owned by their father especially since he has passed and they would have enough on their plates what with funeral and so forth . Brian, thanks for keeping-up with the family who were left with multiple homes to track. This also helps the neighborhoods keep a standard of order. I can't help but watch and hope renters or new owners get a chance at a place to live in. The brick pathway did add some pizazz and nice work restoring the sidewalk line in front. That had to have been deteriorating for a while and gone unnoticed. Nice work you two.

Thanks for your hard work, filming and editing of this video we’ve watched! Great transformation as well. Hope after you finish all the deceased father’s properties, the son will rent to skilled laborers and their families to fix up these houses (materials provided at the estate’s expense) In return provide a lower rent for the skilled laborers and their families. Maybe even an option to buy?? It’s a win-win for the son, the neighbors and the rent to own families.
You and Justin do a fantastic job on these transformations! You may consider investing in a hula hoe to use when clearing off those walkways and driveways. It does a phenomenal job of cutting that grass and weeds off with less effort than the shovel.

You do a great job, but please don't pick up trash or handle plants, grass, etc without a thick glove. You may accidentally rub your eyes, mouth or nose and catch a terrible infection. You never know what person handled the trash before, if any animal licked, peed or pood on it. Please be careful. And also protect your eyes and mouth. Branches may hit your eyes, dust goes into your mouth, you inhale it and may get a lung or any other disease.

It blows my mind that homeowners would rather let these homes go to waste rather than sell or rent them out below market rate to at least be bring some money in. We have a housing crisis in this country and a great deal of homes going to waste.
I'm glad Brian & people like him are around to help because there is always some reason why the owners dont.

Tall grass is great at collecting trash. I hate plastic bags in tree. Maybe you can use all the dirt you dug up as fill diry for the mini pond on the side of the house. Looks like the house has some foundation issues. still ya'll did a great job!
Definitely easier to use the dirt for filling in other locations!! And I agree about the trash and especially the plastic bags in the trees!! Lol 😆👍👍
