Guys, the Boozers are trying hard to bring good educational content, to you. We promised, when we started to tell the truth about the products we review. The manufactures we choose to represent, want honest opinions. Thanks, for you comments, we try hard to hear your voice and sometimes make changes because of your interest in what we do. This is my promise to you, we will never edit a video to make a product look better than it is. We are here because, we love this sport and you, Thanks again, Papa
So glad to see you guys with this video. I bought this for my first airplane and now 30 planes later I still grab it on Windy days and I also use it to practice or try any new aerobatic moves because I'm still a beginner. But this plane amazes me on how aerobatic it is. And the veterans at the field they have been Amazed by what it does especially that knife-edge that you were talkin about I learned to knife-edge on this plane
Great little plane. I bought one to have at the field for a warm up plane as well as for use for a beginner for the flying field. So compact and easy to learn on. I’m impressed with this model. Apprentice line from Eflite is great too. 😉
Thanks ....the way you worked through the hardware / software checkout and then the step by step through first flight in safe mode was what I was looking for in a how-to video. I've ordered one and will be trying my hand (again after about 30+ years).. My 'flight box' should be a little easier than what I had to take to the field with my K&B 19 powered "Little Stik" .
SWEET. Wes looks like a great second plan for my 8 year old Great Grandson, regardless of one comment. He's already flying a plane plus one my drones FPV. Say hi to Ms Lori for me. This Old Man from Washington NC loves y'all. ✈️🧔💝💝
I bought one last year and I have had a absolute blast with it. Once I got used to it I set it to full throws and take the landing gear off when I won't to fly sporty. The only thing I don't like is the motor is a bit slow at spoiling up. Other than that I really can't say a bad word about it. It is absolutely hands down one of the best trainers out there especially for the price of a RTF. I think the new version have went up 40 - 50 bucks but still well worth it and the new ones have telemetry to where mine doesn't. Nice vid guy's 🔥👍✌️
I have my first AeroScout Hi there! I understand that you're finding it difficult to fully engage the two connections from the wing to the fuselage. It can be frustrating when things don't fit together easily. There may be a few things that can be done to make this process easier. Firstly, make sure that everything is lined up correctly, as this can affect the ease of engagement. Additionally, you may want to try lubricating the connections with a small amount of grease or oil, as this can help them slide into place more smoothly. If you continue to experience difficulty, it may be worth seeking advice from a professional or consulting the manufacturer's instructions for further guidance. I hope this helps!
Great plane and review . For someone beginning this hobby what is the best plane aero scout or the apprentice. The apprentice is more expansive then aero scout .is apprentice so much better the the aeroscout . please can you give some advice . many thanks.
The Aeroscout is a good/fun first plane (it was my first), it however isn't nearly as durable as an Apprentice. I have seen the Apprentice take some really bad landings and crashes with little to no damage.
would it fly with a bigger battery? I want to buy like a 3000-3200 mah battery to it, they are only heavier with 70-80 grams. Would it fly with that also?
Great video, really illustrates how it flies. I was surprised to see the nose wheel fall off. Do you know what kind of screw the shaft collar has? Hex allen set screw or just a slotted/philips screw?
I just got mine this week. The front wheel is held on with a Phillips screw. There is a slot on the shaft that hold the wheel. Make sure this is lined up with the screw before tightening. I had to loosen the screw a little before the shaft would slide in. Have fun!
I've flown planes successfully in flight Sims like Rise of flight, as well as BF5 and GTA V. I saw that I could buy a simulator for RC flight but it's $200 total. Afraid I will surely crash my first plane on landing. Is it worth the risk?
I bought thr Areoscout 1.2 meter as my first foray into RC flying. After four crashes, I realized this has a major design flaw with the nosewheel assembly. It also takes far too long to take off and land as it has no flaps to control things. I ended up finally junking it and ripped it apart for the electronics in it. My Carbon Cub 1.2 is a far better plane to learn on.....
I love this rc airplane. I jave had many, but always seem to go gack to this one! Heres my recent video of taking it back out on a breezy day! th-cam.com/video/w3N00nl5I1A/w-d-xo.html
I miss the gasser, no safety, big bulsa wood, monocoat build go send it plane. Nitro, flight box, rubber bands, tools and glow plugs. Only the real ones know about this!!
Okay. To us brand new to RC airplanes.....what the &^#$ does "ackro" mode mean? You must have used that term 20 times in your video, but, beginners have no idea what you are talking about, Merry! And another thing,,,,this is not a "TRUE"...READY TO FLY! you have to buy a battery and charger to complete tthe ability to fly this plane. So, it IS NOT A TRUE RTF! Other rc airplane companies...include "battery and charger" in thier RTF's.
I'm new to rc as well, but I think he's referring to "advanced" or "expert" mode. If you're using a Spektrum transmitter (the remote), there's a three-way switch...also called the B switch. You can toggle that between beginner (or SAFE) mode, intermediate mode, and advanced (or expert, or acrobatics/aerobatics) mode. Hope that helps
Ok plane, if you learn on your own. But learning with a competent instructor is a far better experience. Avoid the apprehension of the steps involved in joing a club. I heard some comments about criticisms regarding"dealing" with a club, if you want to become a competent flyer, you will have to deal with something, deal with whatever comes your way.

Wow! you really thought a lot about this. I assume, you are college educated engineer skilled in airplane designer. I challenge you to design a better trainer, and submit to Horizon Hobbies. Thank you for your comment. Dually noted.
@@MerryBoozerRC Neither does he! Without dissecting, that whole mess of a post "When an electric prop is Noisy, SOMETHING is Wrong", this one sentence proves it. All electric pusher prop RC planes are noisy, due to the fact the air/noise from the prop isn't being dissipated across the fuselage like a tractor style plane.
What a great relationship you and your dad have!

U can move the control surfaces' rod to the innermost holes for even more throw.
I’m looking into the aeroscout as my first venture into RC aviation. Your landing is buttery smooth and so satisfying to watch.

A very helpful demo. Thank you.
I love
Love love this plane, it will keep the newbs interested and from getting frustrated!!!!! I could fly it all day!!!!

Replace the tiny prop with the Esky Eagles 3-blade prop for immediate increased performance.
Where and how do you do this ?
Bought this as my first plane. Thanks for the videos, keep it up.
Nothing more fun to a new pilot like greasing it in on landing. At least for me.
I'm about to buy one of these. Thank you for the video

Learning to fly radio control planes would be just like learning to surf. . .if every time you fell off you had to buy a new surfboard😁
Very cool trainer and great flights and commentary but Papa is the one who flew the wheels of it, just saying lol! Thumbs up! Best regards Boozers!
So nice, i just got mine today! Going to do the unboxing soon!!🎉
Excellent video 👍

Thank for lesson friend
Easy to fly sounds great to me.
An evil witch to fly someone else can take up.😊
I bought this plane for my brother, he likes it. He still flies with me on the buddy box, but I think I will be cutting the cord soon!
I always compensate by holding the stick a little bit

جميل . كم سعرها ؟
من اي متجر اشتريتها ، وما اسمها بالضبط ؟
شكرا .
Will this aircraft need the Remote ID module to be legal in the near future?
I have mini apprentice and big foot and have this on order
I scotch tape piece of hi vis ribbon to my controller antenna for handy wind direction indicator.
Nice
this or the arrows pioneer for first plane?
wanting a as slow flyer as possible. just want to relax.
The Aeroscout is a good/fun first plane (it was my first), it however isn't nearly as durable as an Apprentice. I have seen the Apprentice take some really bad landings and crashes with little to no damage.

3200 fits barely
pull off the wheels; add a little nose weight...it'll scoot 😀...have a great week...
AEROBAT Guys, AERObat.
Acrobats are little girls on the ground 😅👍

When you say “full acro” mode, do you really mean that SAFE mode is turned off ?

Hey can I ask can the aeroscout Flare when coming in for landing 🛬
Ok which is better for a beginner the arrow scout or the timber?

Wow can you fly. I was suggested this plane to re learn and thought it would be boring but nope...
Yea that’s the fun with this one. It can fly easy or if you have the skills it can do anything you want.
There’s also a panic button on that controller
Can I learn to fly from noob with this? Or should I get a sim first?
You can but a sim will help tremendously
I love this rc airplane. I jave had many, but always seem to go gack to this one! Heres my recent video of taking it back out on a breezy day!
th-cam.com/video/w3N00nl5I1A/w-d-xo.html
I have the full size original version for sale. Never flown.
I lost interest. 2 batteries and LVC alarm. In Louisiana.
Let’s talk then , if it’s brand new in the box and batteries?
Check out my aeroscout mods

Even though you have sooo much skill here. You still talk too not at new people😎

AS skills improve, trash the junky original esc to ANY 3s/4s 40a esc (Amazon. 4 pack for $35!). Get rid of the unprogrammable slow ramp up.
Flies great on 4s! (Even better on 6s, BUT gotta change motor out too.)

This dude spams a LOT of rc ppl here on TH-cam. Best thing to do is delete (& block) IT from commenting as others have. It's a scammer.
as my comment indicates, MANUFACTURERS make Mistakes.!!! they HAVE Been making serious design mistakes, since the hobby came into being.!
Ok this plane fly's great if you don't like it that's ok lots of other models out there.
