      PG Quality inn. The accommodations in Guyana is generally high due to radio inflation of country.

    Discovering your video randomly. How long will you be staying for? I'm making the comments at 1:51 so pretty early in the video. Not sure if you mentioned 😅

    The intimidation of tourists should be looked at federally by the tourism authorities. Because I lived in Barbados for quite a short while, and the worst thing there is to offend, threat or cause harm to any tourists.
    So, if Guyana has any desire to promote proper tourism, they need to look into the things that troubles the free and safe movements of visitors. People won't go spend their money and waste time just to feel like if they are in Haiti.

      Yes, it is true there's some intimidation of tourists...some people around the market threatened me for filming, me which made feel with fear or staying there for long time...but as you can see there were also friendly people who I came across like the lady who introduced me to the local food and the guy who appears in the video...so is a mixture of a little bit of both but the country has create touristic attraction and very interesting history that can make anyone curious.
      Thank you for watching!

    No offence but this video did not do justice for such a beautiful and diverse country (Guyana). Not sure why you had to speak to a Venezuelan in Guyana. If he doesn’t like it there he should go back to Venezuela and they should stop “immigrating” to Guyana and Trinidad.

    • @Taktraveljapan
      @Taktraveljapan  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      People not necessarily immigrate to a country they "like"...they seek for better lives and opportunities for themselves or their families. Anyone can feel outside the box in a different country...the homeland will always call people back no matter what and unfortunately since things are pretty rough there...people have to suffer in pain and stay with the idea that some day their country will change for the better and they can reunite with their loved once again with good quality life.

      Let's be real I am a nigger grew up on the West Coast of Demerara. Guyana has gone up materially to some extent, but systemically, there are a lot of problems that need systematic solutions.

      Honestly when people come to guyana and they only go to georgetown because is the capital kinda irritates me. Georgetown is not a nice place to me, the country side is way better i prefer avoiding going to there. but yea alot of guyaneese people are super unfriendly i dont know why

      I understand some people are either camera shy or maybe not in the mood to be recorded but I also met cool people who didn't mind and were very friendly.
