No wonder there are such a high number of Estate sales at "The Villages"...if they DARE to leave their homes, they wander until they die since all the homes are so stankingly identical.
Yes...I'm aware that "The Villages are Senior Communities, and THAT is why the frequent croaking occurs, but the thought of going out to get ice cream and then wandering until your demise based on the sheer BEIGENESS of your neighborhood is just funny to me. 😊

Jeffrey you hit home with me on two things you said in this video...first was my dad was a master plumber and he smoked a pipe his whole life...i used to love to smell it, especially the cherry tobacco he used..he passed in 2015 and i miss him so much...thank you for the memories..love your videos...😘❤🙏🌻

The stone bonsai is from the 40s and 50s. They're made of jade and quartz. Ones from the 60s and 70s are made of glass with mostly porcelain celadon pots. The resale value is between 25 and 45 dollars for the smaller ones. Large ones can be in the hundreds. They are all wired, so they need to be shaped.
The folding screens resale values are between the 650 and 800 dollar range depending on the condition.
The Amish Pyrex bowls are going for a set of 4 at 400 dollars in good condition. Even with a missing bowl, 275 isn't out of line. The turquoise blue and the pink are pulling down the highest prices.
Jeffrey!!! The hankie lot of 61 hankies for $95, or $98 was a good buy! Comes to around $1.50 each! You are so much fun to go to estate sales with!! Thank you for sharing!!

You needed that green wicker cart for your porch and the Mother's day plate. I don't care for plates but I liked that one with all the little bunnies and birds. Would be cute on a gallery wall. Of course, I don't know at $5 if it was good for your resale.

I would have bought the new old stock hankies. $1 into $12, easy photograph, ship and take up no room. Win/win. I'm surprised the estate sales have next to nothing old in them. It's like people moved to Florida in 1991, and brought nothing with them. Thank you for taking us shopping.
