A lot of comments on a semi pulling the trailer... this is a semi unit, designed to be pulled by a semi truck. Most semi setups are actually at or below most Class A's length (i.e., many Class A's also pull additional trailers or vehicles), so camp grounds really aren't that big of a deal. Semi axles typically don't have as much weight on them either. There is a HDT community dedicated to trailers pulled by semi trucks, and most say the semi is safer and more comfortable than Class A's or other trucks. Thats great you did that but you dont actually need a cdl for that. The C in cdl is commercial and since your not making an income from a trailer like this you dont need one. Just get the tractor retitled as a rv.

May I suggest adding a partial/directional shade to the reading lights above the bed. This would allow one to read while not disturbing the other. Very cool. Glad to see that nobody has referred to this as “camping”. Seems like a very cool rig for someone who has unlimited disposable income, which is not the majority.
I get a lot of "that ain't camping" when people see me with my 35' travel trailer. I tell them we are just "roughing it easy". That always gets a smile. At age 65 and having spent over 25 as a Boy Scout leader, I'm done with sleeping on the ground.

You might be surprised on price!!! We have yet to build a trailer over $500,000 (5th wheel or Semi). Compared to most Class A's, we believe we provide significant value. You also get more square footage with the 5th wheel or Semi as class A's do not have as deep of slides. We're not cheap, but we believe there's great value in full custom and high quality craftsmanship.
LoL I had to rewrite my comments because I clearly overlooked a couple of things. Sweet though your located in Missouri, I plan on Moving there to the Lake of the Ozarks area because I had a Blast there at a Marine Corp reunion. Good fishing too! I Really like the Swivel Table btw, what a Great use of space and with endless possibilities! Also the Office Garage combo it another Great use of space. The A/C unit you use is genius as well. I Have been thinking about my Dream Design and one of my wants is the Truck and Trailer/5thwheel to be Matte without all the swirls and crazy designs that all these companies push, you hardly ever see Matte stuff and yes you can get whatever you want. I am a former Marine so I do like forest green, dark green, olive drab, and other earth tones, I do like chrome but I saw on something once a Smoked darker chrome and it looked amazing with a matte finish. I would probably do Matte on the interior as well. Being able to be apart of the design process is key because alot of people don't like or want a cookie cutter dream Home on wheels! I definitely want to be listened to and see my Dream brought to life! So when you say in the kitchen you can have whatever cook top you want, I could get a nice gas burning top plus a two spot induction burner? It's always amazed me that it won't burn Flesh but heats up when metal is on it. LOL the first time I heard about induction cooking was wait for it.... I fell asleep and forgot to turn on the TV's sleep timer and at around 3am I woke up to an Induction INFOMERCIAL, They had the 1/4 pie cut out of a pan and people were putting their hands on the glass top and it didn't burn them! Anyway Forgive my yammering on but I get excited when I think and talk about this stuff.Greg I Hope your doing well since becoming the new owner and also your mission statement is spot on! Cheers
I love everything about this Dreamy, usually I'll be saying I'll change that, wishes it's that way. This one , all I said no more searching, just winning my lottery ticket, tonight or tomorrow,🤞🤞🤞 ✌️💟🎉🎉🎉💕
damn that is nice but unless i win the lottery ill never own anything that nice all my money goes to bills an kids ill be lucky to even be able to retire
Can I just bring in my old rig and have it retrofitted with a new makeover interior and maybe a new paint scheme on the exterior. I love my RV and it's cozy. Pimp my RV and we'll do a follow up show on all its new accessories and paint scheme. I pay someone to have it done my way.
They're made to do that. Gas struts on both sides will allow those power awnings to do that if the wind picks up. Prevents damage to the awning arms. With traditional awnings, high winds will usually bend the arms.
Yes, they did try and cut out the footage. High winds were a poor choice to film in. Not sure why they chose to do that. Still, the awning did what it was supposed to do. Fold upwards/inwards instead of breaking the support arm. That is what the gas struts will do. Both of the awnings on the rv I live in have the same feature. My old one was just a single fixed arm that could easily break. www.carefreeofcolorado.com/products/travelr.html
I wouldnt pick any marble or heavy wood cabinets or iron griddles/ranges. The lighter the better - that would be my personal challenge to this manufacturer - make me something that is comfortable but incredibly LIGHT to pull. Now that would be interesting to see what they could do....(PS - love the hand drawn blind - great feature!)
the whole point of using a semi trailer chassis is the fact it's heavy, sturdy and strong. if you want something light weight go buy any mass produced rv.
After working on RVs I got you some good ideas on a new slide design. No one else will give me the time or day. So if not np. But it is a bad boy trailer.
The pricing guidelines actually don't sound too outrageous considering the extremely high build quality and each one is 100 percent custom to order. Compare these to some of the very expensive junk that is mass produced by the typical RV factory and begins self-destructing within the first thousand miles and it starts looking like a bargain.
How much is it? We paid $300,000 for a 42 foot Tiffin Allegro Bus and it is very, very nice. We've taken 15 trips and not one single issue with it at this point. Could not be happier.
@@matts1521 Thanks. I mean if I wanted it outfitted from end to end in custom cabinetry and all the other bells and whistles that a normal high end RV has then I wonder what it would cost? At $300,000 we also got the diesel engine that drives the RV. I can't argue that most RV manufacturers put out a crap product but I swear Tiffin does a better job and you actually get some value for what you pay.
@@suburbanhobbyist2752 I'm actually going to check out this one in the video today or tomorrow. They are currently where I'm living. The owners are pretty awesome! Now idk what they paid for it. But it's a good opportunity, because I'm also looking to have one built as well. A video is nice but can't beat in person.
I am still thinking of a lot of details of my dream, even though I would never have the income to buy it myself. But I have thought of a lot already. And by watching more videos, I get new ideas to small features, where I am thinking about flixibillity, envirofriendlyness, not having anything missing, and of course safety and proper loadbalance capacity.
He forgot to add that the marble cook top would do a really good job of tenderizing both your hands if that were to fall down on them,...... That should have a 'no slam' hinge on it like a heavy a toilet seat. And it would be nice to install a rail glide that could attach to the bottom of the rear suspension of the smart car so when the ramp goes up-and-down it actually moves the car with it kind of like a self park feature...Just sayin. This is kinda like the Marathon Motorhome of 5th wheels! That unit is pretty amazing to say the least.👍
Same. But I’m still under 40 just barely so I’m dreaming of selling my home when I get old and finishing my life out in a trailer or RV to retire and save money. Maybe buy a tiny sliver of land and just put hook ups and an awning so I have a home base with low taxes and set up my rig with solar and off grid stuff to cut down on bills. Only thing, when your old it makes it harder to lug water and propane around.
I live in my RV and to be honest, most things about it are annoying but nothing annoys me more then shallow sinks, and faucets that are to short, the one you showed here is perfect wish mine had that, then bathroom area always hate when RV shower is to low so it's not high enough, or the ceiling is to low, and the toilet is in a small space, that's one area I would like bigger, and willing to sacrifice a closet for it :P

Ok people.... This video is not showcasing the colors and specific design/layout of this unit! This video is to show what is possible with Space Craft MFG! The options and customization is limitless. Each unit is 100% customized. It's only a matter of time before they develop garage slides where the floor folds up. This way one can park their vehicle and get out normally. Then you close the slide. As the slide closes the slide floor folds up so it doesn't run into the vehicle parked inside. Some unit have a wide hatchdoor that opens up in the side wall so the vehicle door can open fully while loading and unloading. This option provides a small outdoor awning with retractable steps. That was an older coach. I've seen other custom coaches and 5th wheels that have folding patios with the four seasons sliding doors on the side. The one I saw used, the owner reversed his car in. A sensor sounded a buzzer and flashed a red light visible in his mirror when he was within 8 inches of the back wall. This design has the patio was on the camp side of the RV. So it's relatively easy to get in and out of a vehicle without climbing out the window or sunroof. Lastly, I must have those bedroom sconces with reading lights... www.2modern.com/products/levo-led-wall-sconce
This smart car is a convertible and the owners chose to climb out using the desk back toward the gate. It's not as awkward as it sounds :) The stairs store in one of the possum belly bays along with the railing. We also have a version where the steps pull out and store in the main floor of the trailer... look for a video on our show trailer in the not too distant future...
I agree about the dining table but none of these high end RVs sleep more than 2 or 4 if you convert the couch. There aren't made for piling 8 people in and going to the local lake. These are made for a wealthy couple who wants to tour the country. However, I don't know why someone would choose this high end "fifth wheel" over something like a Tiffin Bus.
Awesome coach especially inside because it looks just like a real home. If I would make one suggestion though, I would loose all of that diamond plate around the outside. Yeah its great for protecting against stone chips etc, but the coach would just be way more visually appealing ( especially to women) if all of that diamond plate wasn't there.
I was hoping to see the unit all buttoned up, especially the landing. Do you have a video elsewhere for that? Very beautiful, unique unit, I might add.
There's a couple of spots in the video that show the unit hooked up to the truck... were you wanting to see the truck actually hooking up to the trailer? If so, we will work on getting some video of a semi unit to show. It really isn't different from a normal commercial semi... lock the pin, attach the glad hands, connect the electrical cord(s) and go through your check procedures... then you're off.
Take a look at 18:06 - 18:14 there's a good shot of the passenger side while moving... the stairs store in one of the bays under the landing and the landing is on an electric slide mechanism that retracts under the door as you can see in the video. They also have scissor steps they can use in tighter spaces and the stairs can be situated to run parallel or perpendicular to the trailer, so there are a few options. We also have a new option that a number of customers are opting for that does not take up as much storage in the basement, but like everything you have to compromise and there aren't as many options. Hope that helps
@@timowens580 you're wrong. it is fine if you don't know something, no need to pretend. a sleeper model tractor can be classified as an rv in most states and that will negate the need of a cdl and to carry commercial insurance. still wouldn't NEED the cdl to drive it legally, but you wouldn't be able to get insurance on it unless it was a registered commercial vehicle(which would require you to have a cdl to operate it). assuming you didnt retitle it as an rv.

At 10:20, with that top piece of wood you detached before bringing the tv down, why didn't you put it on hinges so that you could just flip it up? That way you wouldn't be left with having to put it somewhere out of the way.

We're not cheap, but we believe there's great value in full custom and high quality craftsmanship.
what a fantastic rv you really made it world class ..ps you can't read while sleeping :) awesome job
Cheers
Well that’s absolutely wonderful, absolutely. Innovative and absolutely wonderful.
(See where I’m going here?)
Read while your sleeping? Is that like eating dinner in a dream?
i dream of dinner all the time, but my wife can't cook. So maybe that has do with it.
you make the most beautiful RV I have ever seen
He'll I would be happy with that Volvo tractor pulling that 36,000 pound monster RV, LOL
I love everything about this
Dreamy, usually I'll be saying I'll change that, wishes it's that way. This one , all I said no more searching, just winning my lottery ticket, tonight or tomorrow,🤞🤞🤞
✌️💟🎉🎉🎉💕
I'd love to have some a-hole trying to back this into the camping space next to ours at midnight.
damn that is nice but unless i win the lottery ill never own anything that nice all my money goes to bills an kids ill be lucky to even be able to retire
Jason Facchini I’m working till I die as well
The only way Ill be able to retire is when I die.
Money invested in your kids will always be clevery spent money. They are the biggest luxury you can have.
never had Kids... I feel bad... I blew it on a Ferrari
27 PayBack
I have 5. kids. not ferraris. if you feel that bad, happy to swap some!
Can I just bring in my old rig and have it retrofitted with a new makeover interior and maybe a new paint scheme on the exterior. I love my RV and it's cozy. Pimp my RV and we'll do a follow up show on all its new accessories and paint scheme. I pay someone to have it done my way.
Still looking for the so called innovation you're talking about - still looking !
The awning looks nice and strong . It didn't blow away at 19:14
They're made to do that. Gas struts on both sides will allow those power awnings to do that if the wind picks up. Prevents damage to the awning arms. With traditional awnings, high winds will usually bend the arms.
I don't believe that a bit. Thats just a poor edit. Wind will take that and break it away. Like it did mine.
The awning has no damage and it’s automatic sensors work perfectly!
Absolutely wonderful.
After working on RVs I got you some good ideas on a new slide design. No one else will give me the time or day. So if not np. But it is a bad boy trailer.
Best Hi-end quality RV in the world? who gives you this honor?!!!
@@suburbanhobbyist2752 starts at $160k
@@suburbanhobbyist2752 if you ever use that tiffin for more than a weekend/week long trip once in a while, you'll see what tiffin quality is like.
Wow...that is bad ass! Reminds me of nightrider :) price aint bad. Yall should go mainstream with that stuff!
Drink every time he says “custom” !!!
Huh? smart car, PHEEW, My HD Ultra glide would fit perfectly
That’s amazing I could in that and be very happy but our home is now paid for.
Beautiful, please sand the brand marking off the underside of the stove cover...
a wet sponge will work on the "Formica" logo
I live in my RV and to be honest, most things about it are annoying but nothing annoys me more then shallow sinks, and faucets that are to short, the one you showed here is perfect wish mine had that, then bathroom area always hate when RV shower is to low so it's not high enough, or the ceiling is to low, and the toilet is in a small space, that's one area I would like bigger, and willing to sacrifice a closet for it :P
Beautiful!
Neat livestock trailers for people.
Love these but I see a problem with most campgrounds don't have spots large enough to accommodate this.
Iv had problems getting in with my 45ft.NAVAJO MULTI SLIDE CAMPER
SOME CAMP GROUNDS JUST DONT HAVE THE SPACE (SUGGESTION) = CALL FIRST !!! LEARNT MY LESSON !!!!!!!!!
Awesome Trailer / 5 th Wheel 👌👍
I like the desk design. Most just put up a slab of wood.
I'd bet you never see one of these overnighting in a Walmart parking lot.
Should call them, big as f#&$ rv's, good work. Ive seen one in person and they are extremely well built.
All the best on your business!
Nice appointed construction trailer. Launch this into space................................
How the heck does one get out of the car, once it's in the garage? My wife wouldn't like being stuck in the car. BK
I love that clock!
You should see it when it goes off on the hour... plays Beatles songs :)
I have this dream once... Maybe if I win the lotto....

nice and bright feels airy, only issue to many sharp corners near bed & window dont like that who will help me when i knock my self out or bleeding to death lol sorry im a cluts it happen 2 tiems, kitchen and in bed room same situation. make bed boom out cold, other wise i love it
Ok people....
Amazing rig! How does the driver get out of the car once it is side? Where do you store the stairs when traveling? Very pretty.
Space Craft MFG I hope the car is secured from a fast stop / crash... Otherwise, the entire insides are 'gone'...
No dining room sleeps two. Come on man - that’s NOT innovative
@@suburbanhobbyist2752 tiffin is not a high end bus. 😅
Cool looking
Probably need a semi truck to pull that thing. But very nice.
This is our semi format, so it is designed to be pulled by a semi 😊
Yeah you would want one or a f650 with airbrakes and 5th wheel would work too. That's less than 150k. But I'd tow with a W9 or 389 Pete.
Love that 1💝😁
A kenworth truck is the best weapon for that RV
That Volvo rides much better than a KW and much quieter
I love these trailers
THANK YOU FOR SHOW OFF WHAT LOT OF DOLLARS CAN BUY IF DOLLARS IN BANK
around 19:15 looks like a bit of fun with that awning 😳
I would have painted it all the burgandy color of the rig then some contrasting stripes but looks like a well built rig
i think in my opinion its more suited for a m/c or trike than a car but still its nice
Much lighter, too... Diamondplate is HEAVY!
I wanna see what's inside the Truck part now!
Standard semi truck. Just like Any other 18 wheeler.
Good job. Thanks.
Absolutely Gorgeous1!$
I was hoping to see the unit all buttoned up, especially the landing. Do you have a video elsewhere for that? Very beautiful, unique unit, I might add.
There's a couple of spots in the video that show the unit hooked up to the truck... were you wanting to see the truck actually hooking up to the trailer? If so, we will work on getting some video of a semi unit to show. It really isn't different from a normal commercial semi... lock the pin, attach the glad hands, connect the electrical cord(s) and go through your check procedures... then you're off.
What I was hoping to see was how that really bulky set of stairs is stowed away so that it doesn’t protrude into traffic. Tks.
Hopefully you make everyone that can buy one of these things have a proper A class truck license
It's an RV, as long as it's for personal pleasure, many states don't require special licensing.
@@ImerzOnline MOST DEFINITELY REQUIRES A CDL DRIVERS LICENSE (MANDATORY)
@@ImerzOnline WRONG !!! BETTER CHECK ON THAT AGAIN !!!
Spectacular! Best wishes for continued success!

At 10:20, with that top piece of wood you detached before bringing the tv down, why didn't you put it on hinges so that you could just flip it up? That way you wouldn't be left with having to put it somewhere out of the way.
Kw stands for kilowatt. KW has the same amount of syllables so it's not short form. I'm a technician so that kind of stuff bothers me more than your typical consumer, but even still engineers and business owners are among your target audience.
Put in real beautiful hard wood then paints it. Why just why

We could definitely work with you on this project! A professional kitchen and a fun eating viewing environment would be amazing. It also sounds like you have some fun interior design ideas. Great stuff!!!
Lovely....but expensivr!!! At 2:53 the fireplace is called "homely". Hmmm?
Homely is British for homey, making me think this is made by foreigners.
Yes, I caught the "homely" comment too. Guessing he was thinking homey!
