These 57 foot custom coaches start at $350,000. That is the price for a nicely equipped unit. The price can increase as you add customizations and unique features.

Not sure most Prius cars can handle it but with the generator I could not say. I weil use my TRUCK it is the truck that is very reliable and seen in the middle east desert as army trucks home to that region. My 82 Toyota 4x4 with dual solid axles and Rancho shocks. 230,0000 miles. Low for its age used daily by the gardner I bought it from. Solid 4" blocks under the factory springs for lift keeps the factory tuff springs and fits my large tires. Factory tuff gears, trans, brakes and 22r inline 4 cylinder engine of fame. I am going everywhere a day until to tired to drive. Unless I can add cruise control. Better gas miles per gallon with my 4cly engine. When the Dr. tells you that you are impotent YOU GOTS TO LOOK AND DRIVE IMPOTENT

I turned the sound off and thought it was a lot better . I thought she had a very narrow margin of likeability overall . They should have hired Flo from Progressive . Or maybe that insurance lizard .
I have seen a lot of RV salespeople, and other salespeople, who take you on a tour and just go non-stop about how amazing it is. It feels a bit too rehearsed. No matter how good or bad it is they will convince you that the is the best ever and you can't possibly live without it and this or that feature. I really liked the fact that she explained the RV without sounding like she was doing a high pressure sales pitch.
Beautiful trailer. I could see a music artist using this on tour to avoid a horrible tour bus or getting hotel rooms. Lots of great features that make it feel like a real home and not on wheels.
Many artists do their gig tours on RV's similar to this. The whole crew of technicians and their equipment for live stage shows travel on another vehicles. They rent some specific equipment on every city they stay to avoid more vehicles.

This would be a permanent home for me because once it's parked it is staying right where it is. I would have to carefully choose where I am going to live. I would definitely get this professionally moved by someone who has extensive experience moving these

Yep, I recently got hired at a truck stop.
Anyway, a trucker came in and try to pay over $1,000 in diesel gas for his truck. Our cash registers maxed out at $990.
So unless you have 3-4 independent franchises producing passive income, taking this thing anywhere is stupidly ridiculous. Not forgetting to mention 90% of camp sites have length limits for trailers, so you're really limited to public, public campsites out in the woods.
I plan to get one of these in my lifetime, especially to hunt for paranormal stuff and whatnot. I like the idea of custom building this thing, because I would 100% forgo storage for extra tanks, solar, etc.

Never even heard of one that long. Gives a whole new meaning to the term mobile home.
This motorhome looks like a movie star's trailer. Some of those big budget special effects films (e.g. Star Trek or Star Wars) actors in prosthetic makeup work 18-hour days. Going home isn't really an option. Once the star takes off her/his makeup, they retire to their trailer for a good night sleep. I can definitely see a motorhome like this parked at a production base camp or at a major motion picture studio.
Will Smith had one made by another company I believe and its a Double deck, not sure it had extensions/slide-outs.
Matt. At the RV park we're currently visiting the couple next to us has an $1+ million diesel pusher. They're winter visitors, not movie stars. You'd be surprised what regular people buy. And fyi, many tow 5th wheels with semi's.

Spacecraft is the ultimate in Luxury Custom RV's.
They were the first company to have multiple slide rooms. Back in the early 80's they created the design for a 14' wide living area. I have a brochure from when I toured their factory near Middletown, Ohio.
The units I saw then were all custom featured state of the art rigs.
Back then they offered up to 42' or possibly 46' long units with average base pricing near 40k.
The evolution of "Campers" has been a Marvel since the days of the early Silver Bullet AirStreams.
I love the optical illusion that's seemingly created by the 45 degree angle of the flooring's grain, it makes the already huge interior seem bigger than it really is. Cant recall ever seeing that done before in any other RV.

The exterior looks well made and love the exterior paint job, but the interior deserves a modern look. I would love to take this unit to the burning man 2022
The interior looks like it's from 1922. Sherlocke Holmes decor, I guess. I'm not such a fan of that Victorian look either, if that's what it is. Very dark, like everyone should be choking on cigarettes.

I've also got to say, that in all of my years of driving I have never seen one of these on the highway, ever!
They are all in the middle of the racetrack at every Nascar event.
You won't see many of these on the road or at campgrounds. These won't fit in 98% of camp grounds, and are more for a specialized customer.
Movie and TV show productions, professional sporting events, etc.
I've seen the 53 foot version of this on a Film Set in Vancouver, Canada in late 2018 and what I saw was UTTERLY luxurious. Some big name director was renting/leasing it for four months and he and his family lived in it both on-set and parked by a private lot on a lake in the eastern part of the Fraser Valley where he finished filming and editing his movie. It got rave reviews for its luxurious and spacious interior!
The personal assistant who told me about it said it was the most luxurious portable hotel room she has EVER SEEN! It had EVERYTHING in it even a high-end gigabit Ethernet and Satellite TV connection in the middle of nowhere. It came with a high-end 4-person Can-Am ATV that was made road licenced and road legal for jaunting into town for supplies and going into the far back country for his weekly fishing trips! What a life that Hollywood lives!

Why is everybody acting like you need to be rich to afford this? They're marketing this trailer as a full time home. For $186,000 this home is ten times nicer and maybe even bigger than any houses for sale in my neighborhood.
I would definitely live in this and pack up and drive it anywhere I wanted at any point that I wanted.... If only I could get the entire family on board.

Gorgeous. With my rig hooked up I would be about 75’77’ long. I would do away with the bunk beds in the rear and put a lift in for two small cars or 1 car and Harley.

Gregg RVHaulers you'll have to run that over the scales also hope your not over weight. Over 34000 on axle can be expensive.
The inside reminds me of the type of well-equipped single-wide that you'd find in a good neighborhood.
If I were rich I would love to have this for my camper. Im not though...Im so glad youtube loves to show me what I will never have.
This is one of the best RV that I seen.. everything was perfect , except the shower , if I’m the owner , I’ll make a proper door or fully tinted it , so whenever people showers , others still can cross to bedroom to living room or use the toilet ..

I was expecting it to have two bathrooms. I also did noiticed there were no washer/dryer units. Something that large and that expensive should have had those two included.

I’d love to see them do a moving/car hauler for a two level set up. All the water/fuel/power would be a challenge to allocate, but a full length two level cabin would be an amazing amount of space.
years ago, there was a guy and I think his family helped doing double decker RV(trailer) in Missouri. it was only double part way if I remember correctly......

Why do people bother buying tiny houses when you can just buy a killer 5th wheel that is probably same size except it's amazing as all get out!
A lot of RV's for what people are spending on tiny homes are just poorly made garbage. This seems to be pretty fucking well done though.

Well, consider. I have a 1,000 sf two bedroom condo. I paid $140,000 for it right as the housing market collapsed. Today, if I'm lucky, it's worth about $125,000.
SpaceCraft has a 2014 57' USED trailer, for $225,000. Then, if you want to go somewhere, you need to buy a tractor for it. A used tractor with 200,000 miles on it as about $99,000. That includes a sleeper cab, plus any conversion costs you'll need to make it into a RV hauler, like a place for a SmartCar or something small. Figure another $25,000 for the conversion and an used SmartCar. So, you're at $350,000. The tractor may get 8-9 mpg of diesel fuel, then there are your campground costs, insurance, and other sundries. It tends to get expensive.
Let's say, just to get into it, and first year's cost, $400,000.
People buy tiny houses because they don't have $400,000 to throw around, and then $50,000 a year afterwards. Most of us work a job. But, hey, if you are a multi-millionaire, or have a really nice retirement plan/401K/Investment portfolio, then go for it!

glanemann I have no idea where you came up with that I live in San Francisco. I don't. I do live in Washington State, on the west side of Puget Sound, where the housing costs are 'reasonable!' If I lived outside of Seattle, my condo would have cost twice what I paid for it. However, my comment still stands. It still will cost you $400,000 to get into a 57' SpaceCraft fifth wheel, tractor to haul it, etc.

This is just to small for my needs...I need at least 80 foot with 20 slide outs with nuclear generator and with enough roof space for my satellite array to start WW3. This simply is to small to meet my needs.

I love this 5th wheel. I've been looking around fir about 2years trying to figure out how I could make ( a 5th wheel) my full time living space. I love the space...size...and that it could be customized. This one that show has up grades i wouldn't want or need. What is the starting price and turn around time for delivery? I'm looking for something immediately to 3 months at the longest.

I see that this is already 3 years old. The part that blew me away was when she said, "Now, let me show you the 2 other private bedrooms on the other side of the RV." I had been looking at a Luxe 48FB and I thought THAT was something! So what campground could you possibly park this thing in and I'm SURE you'd need a semi to pull it! Without even looking at the website, I am going to guess one million bucks plus.
They are bunk beds with a sliding door just once in one of these huge monstrosities I would like to see two full bedrooms and I don’t mean a crawl in loft
