hey great video. I just my 2023 GasGas 250 EX serviced by Factory Connection and they added their AER performance kit. Just wanted to know how this setup compares to Factory Connections
Hello and thanks for the comment and watching. I’m not familiar with the FC Performance kit in order to provide a comparison. Is their a product page on their share with details and in-depth information?
How much float is there supposed to be here and why did you delete the trampoline system was this just a mistake on ktm's end? Kit looks killer probably get this.
Hello and thanks for the comment. The JBI AER48 kit uses a dual side leaf spring aka trampoline valve. Ride JBI started using this back in 2017 before WP was. This design originally was found in KYB A Kit air forks. Ride JBI adapted it to the WP AER48 forks. The reason for the dual sided leaf spring is so that one side aka spring can be used to preload / seal the shims against the piston. The other side aka spring is used to determine lift from the piston. It’s a more complicated setup but allows for more precision tuning with lease overlap of functionality.
And the whole idea behind this is to make it plusher thanks rob
My kit works great. Thanks again for your help.
Thank you for the feedback. Glad to hear it is performing well.
