Why not added in main tank any side effects. Uneaten brine shrimp will create any problem in main tank
I just feed only Frys bro just for demo, you can also feed to other fishes also they won't create any problem in the tank, it will grow only if they become adult will be protein packed food for big fish like angels but they will be eaten before itself.

I did use tap water(contains chlorine) and rock salt... I did not get any hatching... What could be the reason?
Chlorine water is the issue, chlorine kills anything which lives in the water, you can take the water from the fish tank itself works well or you can use can water.
