Hi Mihai, thank you! Yes, early morning workouts to beat the heat are better, unfortunately I have early morning work lol. Christian has been key to getting me through the workouts, solo workouts are mentally hard.

Solid solid solid track workout 💪 Ofcourse I can relate to that. I wouldn't hold you back but you were saying you were a little fast, so you could set live rep time on your watch and check yourself at say every 100m or 200m as your going round. Then again why bother when your flying and really consistent 😊😊

My body would fall apart at 6:30 miles pace. Wish it wouldn’t. Great job on your workout.

Thank you, Matt, now I need to ramp up to 10 x 800! Still learning pace and listening to my body in the moment to ensure I can complete the workout.
