Hi Martin, yes working on consistency and mental strength. Both important no matter the distance. Having our sons support us is a bonus. Hope to see Jake back out there with you.
I think the only time I ran on a track was the warm up and final 300m of a half marathon. I'd love to have access to one locally. Not sure i could cope with that heat you have over there though. Great work, Reto!
Thanks Mark, much appreciated. Sometimes I don't have access to a track, and I improvise in parking lots, golf courses, and flat groomed trails. Only requirement is to run a hard effort. 😂

Hi Andy, thank you for your concern. I feel good physically and need to train my mind to push through these workouts. I do lots of stretching, core, strength, strides, etc. to ensure I stay healthy.
