The polish names always make sense and sound cool, and the colors and finishes always go so well together. Not taking credit away from Cristine, because she is 100% the reason behind every collection, but I think she has found the perfect team to work with her. I think the team has just enough input that they can help her take her idea and send it over the edge. But again, that credit goes to Cristine, because she is the one creating that team.

i absolutely love the pastel box, that would be a great choice! i would also recommend the metallic collection since that is my personal favorite 😌🌸 great range of colors on both, and if you can pick up a unicorn skin, gives you great options for more variety!
and as a personal tip: you can do so much with the unicorn skins, i love wearing them by themselves (two coats with just a clear base coat) and adding a holo taco on top for a cool magic ball/snow globe effect 😊✨🔮 or put them over white and it’s like a dragon egg, lunar and solar are my favorites for that!
hopefully that wasn’t too long winded! but regardless, you cannot go wrong with any of the collections, they’re all really wonderful and it’s up to personal preference 😊💖 hope you enjoy your first box!! 😁

Also, a thought: I mix polishes all the time (my current favoeire being Blue Slushie + Green Taffy). Would you consider selling more empty bottles? =D
She said during the live stream that she doesn't want to sell empty bottles because then people might use them to sell polish on Etsy or something. But you can clean out empty bottles of top coat and use those (or I'll send you my empty bottles since I don't really like mixing lol).

Beauty supply stores sells them. Jem Beauty is where I shop locally, but they also sell online. They have so many empty container shapes. Plus Amazon, Aliexpress, Wish etc. all sell them.

The Holo taco Twitter has some tweets that said she's just doing a cash grab from her young fans. It's probably those ppl or ppl who couldn't get their order in cause the polish they want was sold out.
I think it is also the fact the single nail polishes are sold out.

I'm pretty sure making these polishes was extremely time consuming and expensive. I might even guess that the profit margin isn't super high haha. But here we are in the essence of what a passionate indie brand can do! When there's a will, there's a way... to do dj-set/dail polish! The whole collection looks amazing.
I'm a huge fan of purple so I really love this collection, and as soon as I saw the names on the website I guessed what it was all about. I was able to order a box set, and I picked a couple of extras of Gliterally Purple and Rainbow Flood (plus a Zyler the Cat so he won't feel bad that Menchie's polish has sold more). I was going to order two sets but I didn't want to deprive anyone of a box - then I saw that the singles of Gliterally Purple sold out. Doh! Congratulations Cristine! Good job Holo Taco team!

My Remix box came today, and it's amazing. The box concept and execution is phenomenal, so much work and design went into that, and as a Graphic Designer, I truly appreciate that. The polishes are incredible. I didn't expect to like them all, but I LOVE them all, and truly wish I had ordered extra bottles when I could have. I won't make that mistake again.
