  • Welcome back fellow riders!
I know it had been a while since I last posted a video. Due to a challenging event, I took a little pause from filming but we are now back!
The first series of the NBDRA Hare Scramble was amazing but also very challenging. It made me realize that I needed much more seat time if I intended to demonstrate any semblance of competitiveness. One of my favorite places to ride is Goshen. The single tracks there are flowy and helps you build confidence in becoming faster.
I invided a friend to come ride with me. He didn't have much single track experience as most of his experience is in Motocross. Well, it's easy to see that he has some serious skills. Goshen was the perfect place.
We tackled Rooty Hill (I don't know what is the actual name of the place but I am calling it that!) and were able to conquer it.
Overall, it was great to be out and riding at a decent pace. I did develop Tennis Elbow during my late May vacation and it is causing premature arm pump. Hoping that the additional rides will help strenghten the arm.
    I hope you enjoy!

So glad you are back Dude. So glad to see the part where they clear cut for the hydro lines looks way more cleared out! And so glad you never take me to the root hill climb. LOL. I can hear you now, "Some day". Hmm, maybe not in this life time. Interesting you comment on Dillion not slowing down for the corners. A skill I need to transition from cars to bikes. "Some day" hopefully. One question though, other than the roots, was Dillion "educating" you?🤣

They definitely cleaned that hill. I was a little disappointed as I really liked to have to snake my way up but it is much easier now. Dylan is on the gas while he corners but that only works then there's a wide space otherwise the trees will get you.
I definitely took advantage of Dylan's motocross experience to learn a few things. There was an exchange of knowledge which is great!

5:04 looks like someone has done some more work on that hill and it seems to go more to the right side now. We rode it probably 3 weeks ago and it was much more of a tight switchback up the middle

They definitely did. I liked the snaking up the hill.
