I’m here for Blake AND Sam. Two guys that ride only to have fun and are just so fun to watch. Too many people take everything too seriously. Love you guys.
I am an ex-mountain biker, 20 years in a wheelchair! I love your videos, I love the shots from my own point of view, I love the kind madness! I hope to see more of this from you!
Sam crashes and its still "The Dream". Love his enthusiasm. Blake and Sam should have brought their own versions of the extreme Mullet and gone for a shreddy.
Finished the video now, the answer is a resounding yes. I just love the interaction, whenever I'm riding I'm huffin and puffin and there is no way I could be as sociable as you two lmao Maybe that's because there are no downhill's in The Netherlands, so we actually have to pedal all the time it really sucks @@SamPilgrim Some day I'll visit a bike park... and look like a total noob going down but enjoying it to the max!
@@MarvinWestmaasYes indeed mate, I live in the south part and we always go to Aachen and sometimes to Landgraaf and we’ve been to Trail Center Spa yesterday, all fun, but my mate and I hate the climbing too. If you consider to go to a bikepark, GreenHill is a very good one in my opinion. Where do you live?
Near Alkmaar@@dannyb9795 Which means I do my riding at Schoorl and Geestmerambacht mainly. Schoorl has some elevation, but it's dune's so up and down constantly. Also the fire took out a large part of the track not long ago :( We have a small loop in PvL which is a good training loop but not so much challenging ( mom and dad course we cal it ). GMA is a real nice track and there is a lot of work going on always with new features. As I don't own a car, I have to do my riding on the tracks which are within say 50km. Which means I can do Dijkgraafsbos which is also very nice, and perhaps Spaarnwoude but I never tried. It's also costing me a lot more in tire wear, the tires which are good on track get worn down on asphalt really quick, and a harder compound just doesn't give enough grip. If I'm going to do a bike park, it will have to be a multiple day vacation. Living in the south at least puts you geographically closer to some elevation ( Ardennes aren't that far ).
Sam, I hope you read this. Today, I took myself up the road to Hadliegh Bike Park for my 1st ever downhill shred. I had a go on the pump track, and I'm fairly certain one of my wheels left the ground😂 Anyway, I decided to go for a downhill sendage. I can confirm the black route isn't for beginners but I did all of it except the 6ft drop after I pedalled up that flipping hill. Not yet. But I did do the rock bit at the top and the jump on the wooden bit under the tree(twice, it was fun). I then cycled back to leigh and eyeballed the steps... one day. I'm nearly 40, I never ever thought I'd get a shred on. But I have. And I'm gonna do it again. I haven't busted a trick since since before I had pubes. I wanna relearn, on a hardtail. I don't know how many times you've heard this, but thanks, mate. Your videos and infectious attitude are 100% the reason why I'm now attempting to shred. I'm gonna be a grandad in February. A shredding grandad. Dreams.
Sam I went and tried a pump track for the first time today, and man it was EPIC! I never even knew I had one near me and there is actually 2 pretty close. What a great workout for the aging skateboarder, plus I didn't fall down once so I have no* pain, just gain!
It's that time of year for Greenhill Bike Park, and I love watching Blake he's just as crazy as you, so yes Sam your in good company there 😅😂👌🏾 perfect
Wow. No wonder today's riders are so air aware. When i was big into mtb, riding everyday in georgian bay, then living in whistler, 1995-98, no one was cutting flowy jump trails like this. They were all about the technical. Probably because our bikes were designed for climbing and tech trails, not for jumping. I wonder if anyone still rides 'a river runs through it' and thinks, that was epic, like we did. Many are probably so jaded and only ride lift serviced trails. There's still gotta be x-country trail riding dirt bags like in the day. Keep riding and thanks for sharing your adventures.
I always like the video before i watch it because i know its gonna be EPIC!! Look good fun that bike park, love how its all close knit with uplift, look like yous had a blast
Those leaves reminded me of a trail we found in a woodlot years ago. It was a good 1km long, winding steep downhill forestry truck trail. It was wonderfully flat underneath, with a 2 inch layer of pine needles over top. We carved the hell out of every corner, giggling like children the whole way.
Awesome seeing you guys shred hardly two hours from my place! This also the first time I can watch your skills on trails that I know so this video is especially cool! Greetings from cologne!
Ive out grown my mountain bike so im using my dads till i get a new one and it’s literally the perfect size for me, so maybe ill take his and he can get the new one hehe 😜 also hopefully he can teach me how to do the hill jumps that you guys were doing at the start❤
Fricken eh buds! Some rad trails! Maybe one day i come experience this park. I live in Cumberland bc. Hundreds of kilometers of marked mtb trails. We have it very good here in this little village. Seriously come enjoy our free trails. (Cumberland BC Canada) Cheers
Xavier de la Rue on a mountain bike! By far my fave snowboarder, got a framed poster in my dirt shed of him shredding a vertical cliff of pure ice - dreams!
Todays gonna be epic! And it was :). Do you wreckon you could do a video of mountain biking in a T-Rex suit, like Jamie O’Brien did surfing?? :) perhaps even a backflip, would be epic!!
You and blake filming together is epic need some more of this keep up the mega videos
I’m here for Blake AND Sam. Two guys that ride only to have fun and are just so fun to watch. Too many people take everything too seriously. Love you guys.
can I have an example of someone who takes it too seriously ?
Love those two. Add in Matt Jones for a truly epic session.
both epic dudes!

did you get injured during biking??
@@sahibabeersingh5395 No, the reason is quite different. Fortunately, my hands remained intact. 🥳
Once a mtn biker, always a mtn biker brother!! Even if you can't ride anymore, still in the club
