Who doesn't love this film? Roman Holiday is a wonderfully romantic, feel good film from the golden age of Hollywood, starring a luminous Audrey Hepurn and Gregory Peck, whom my dad was a ringer for back in the day. I know, I'm terminally unhip. But if you're already sick of Christmas music (if I hear Mariah Carey's Xmas song one more time, I think my head's gonna explode) and have a soft spot for old standards like Bye Bye Blackbird and It's Only A Paper Moon, then this album provides excellent sanctuary.
Perfect for dancing in the kitchen to (even if, as in my case, it's dancing with a lapdog in each arm, haha)

14:21 was very interesting that you brought that up! A few years ago I had eye surgery to fix double vision. And since then, even though it’s all fixed, I’ve had discomfort when moving just my eyes to the side. So when that came up specifically I was like “woah”

I really like that you do the deep breathing with “us”. This really helped with my asthma and anxiety, as sometimes I need to take deep breathes to try and calm down before it gets worse. I found it a lot easier to take deep breathes once I started doing it in time with you. Thank you!

I have a pitch... sorry if you don't want it.
Some sort of diagnostic, hearing test, we are some kind of android or person, or something- it's not important.
But where at the start, one audio channel is muted.
That gets, diagnosed, and with witcher signs, energy powers of a witch doctor, engineer on a robot, doctor, it gets partly better, then all the way better testing different stuff along the way. A lot of options for nonsense that actually have an effect.
We are always too healthy in these videos. Having something actually wrong that we experience seems cool.
That’s such a great idea, thanks so much. I’m gonna use that for sure; now I just have to work out how to mute one channel in post, haha. Wonderful idea, thanks again 😊❤️

I can honestly say that being "hip" in this day and age is worthless. At least, that's my personal opinion. You like what you like and that's it. It doesn't even have to be singular in time periods or genre.

Stupid question......
I'm greiving so hard... My heart hurts and my nerves are so bad.... Is there any kind of ASMR for something like that?
It ain’t a stupid question, Star. The thing with asmr is that it will relax you in the moment, perhaps lull you off to sleep, but it doesn’t address the pain directly. When my dad passed, years ago now, I found the best way to deal with the grief and the sadness was to simply feel it fully; it’s counter-intuitive, but letting yourself feel the raw, unadulterated pain makes it dissipate more quickly. Trying to push it away or distract yourself works for a short while, but then it comes back full force. I don’t know your situation, so I don’t know if that’s the right advice for you, but it’s worked for me. Love, kindness and hugs to you, Star. ❤️
