I love the triple 'close your eyes' that you do, and the closed eye light flashes. First time I've had tingles from a visual queue with my eyes closed. So cool, didn't even know that was possible.

Hi there, the dots help distinguish between scotoma ( a visual field loss) and metamorphopsia, which is simply a distortion in the visual field, rather than loss of visual field. There’s been some doubts in the scientific literature about its efficacy though. Hope that explains things! 😊❤️
