I'm heading to Norway in September-October 2024 and still debating on the day or night train. It's a long day, but I'm convinced now that the daytime trip is well worth it, thanks to your video. I'm savvy enough to know that you never get much sleep on a night train anyway! Thanks for the lovely video!
I did this train in the opposite direction a couple months ago and I’m doing it from Trondheim this week. I travelled in premium too and it’s such good value for money - but I was glued to the window for most of the journey. The most beautiful train ride I’ve ever done
From your walks in the city to taking a long train journey, everything seems to be so well-organised, calm and beautiful in Norway. I don't know wether this is a wrong assumption but you sure make it look way different then it would be in Belgium,England or Germany f.e.
Thanks for a great video I'm a bit from a different story, but in a similar style. Travel to travel! And music is music, It is with you, it is with me. I like it! And most important thing. We have Passion, which some will not take from us! Greetings from faraway Ireland - Lazy foot. You will come to me when you have time for a good rest and fun. Peace 🇮🇪👣 and cheers
March is a good time since you'll get longer daylight already but not yet the time for midnight sun, and you can still see some snows covering mountains around the railway.
Yes, you choose your seats when booking. The journey is so long that I'm not sure there's a better side. Definitely the left side when leaving Trondheim, but there's so much to see along the whole route 🙌
There is Wi-Fi but as with most long-distance trains in Norway this train travels through very remote areas so coverage isn’t good along the entire route.
Please tell me, how can I do the arctic Ocean road trip by driving the car? Where do I need to stay for that? From Bergen how can I do this trip? If you let me know about it I will be grateful to you.

Great video, when did you travel this route ? Was it winter ?
It was in mid-April 2022. Thanks for watching! 🙌
Which month was this video taken? I'm planning a trip to Lofoten in March 2023 and am considering taking the train from Oslo to Bodø. Great video!

March is a great month to see Lofoten.
you'll be snowed in. It's still full-blown winter up there in March buddy. How was it btw?
Hi. Do you get to choose your seats? Which side has the better view? Many thanks

Is this train providing wifi?

This or from Oslo to Bergen?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Arctic Ocean road trip" as the Northern coastline is very long and there are lots of potential roads you could mean.
@@lifeinnorway1 thanks 🙏 for your response, I got my answer from other video . Thank you 🙏
