This is what I need. I recently turned 63 an I have osteoarthritis in my back, knees, and feet. My mobility has declined significantly and it's really depressing because my father spent the last 20 years of his life disabled in a wheelchair. While I think genetics has a lot to do with what's going on, because his brother was also afflicted, I want to keep moving. I've also had both knees replaced. Sorry to go on, but I am sad but optimistic about improvement and recovery through rebounding 😊.
Angie, please give a comment about whether rebounding can compress or irritate discs in the spine, while having chiropractic adjustments. Is this something a health-bounce, or light rebounding, would not be good for? I received a rebounder over a month ago and haven’t used it due to concerns. It’s really my last hope of recapturing better health & longevity. TY for an honest reply.
@@jamybergan-jp5fv I became excited about moving my body. My stagnant lymphatic system is no longer stagnant. My feet and legs no longer swell. My circulation has improved. I enjoy bouncing, so I do it. My muscles are gaining strength and my body is beginning to shrink & tone.

it is a small pilates ball
Is it best to do this barefoot or wear shoes?

The ball helps tone the inner thighs!
It helps with proper joint alignment too.
