I got a e130 2019 model i should of waited another year and got the new look lol. I like it looks good I had a la 125 jd I sold it was 12 years old no issues it wouldn't die lol still got 600 bucks for it.just got a new on to upgrade to a 2 cylinder engine.if u take care of them they will last a long time
First off thank you for all your great reviews. Question, is the deck already leveled at the factory or do you have to do? Was thinking they might not take time to level deck just put deck on to get it out the door. Price is 2499 now in feb. Was waiting abit to see if may go on sale. To early to mowe here in February. Thank you
Hows the 140 after the first season because I'm wanting to get one was thinking on the 120 or so but like the bigger deck and all on this one and price difference ain't bad
@@kingstonlion73 how many years did you have it?It might have been one unit that they recalled the transmission on, due to a bad tranny, those D105 are known for having a weak transmission, but your S160 has a known tuff torq tranny it so iam pretty sure u are good to go trannywise.

Other than the belt issue, it's been error free. I feel it was good deal for the money. Thanks for the question.
@@kingstonlion73 cool cool yeah I've hears about the belts did you have to upgrade on the pulleys or just kinda one those every so often got to fix?
DUDE I had that issue with the D105! I'm on my second transmission. I pulled my thatcher and spreader and now the 2nd tranny is fed up.
how many hours were on your D105? yes thats right, hard pulling is not good for those machines, and to be honest steep hills also...

@@jddriver9565 I had that one around 6.5 years. I did buy part to fix it, just gotta find time. I think your right about the transmission.
I've been trying to buy a s140 from lowes and home depot for a year. they can't get um. john deere has them for 2800$
