I had a 2018 Escape with a 1.5 ecoboost. The 1.5 did not do it for me. I was only getting about 24.7 mpg. I traded it on a 2022 Escape SEL with the stealth and technology packages. The 2022 has the 2.0 ecoboost and I love the power. I am also getting 29.3mpg.

Which one has the softer ride? I’m in the minority now when it comes to ride quality. I don’t like a rougher ride with tighter handling anymore and I’ve narrowed it down between the two
I just bought my 22 Escape Titanium, looks like the exact same color and options. After my Ford discount it cost me just over $35k. Absolutely love it. The panoramic sunroof is to die for and the 2.0 engine 8 speed transmission make this a joy to drive.

I would go wit the Ford cause I like the more power an I like the tranny better plus wit the power you have a few more options makes it worth the $2000 higher price

I have had both. The escape has a slightly better head room and that’s a significant difference when you are tall guy and drive many hours a day.

Escape. Mostly because of the keypad entry that it offers. You left that part out in your review. ;)
I love the "beep beep beep" warning signal it gives if you are backing too close to something! It has saved my from a lot of scratches!
The bottom on the Front of Escape are the active shudder system. The adaptive cruise and driving features are the camera on top of windshield
Active SHUTTERS, not shudder. If your Escape has a shudder system, it is shaking bad, take it to the dealer!

If you did your homework you would know that the Ford does have pull option to put the seats from the back of the car

Yourself standing at 6'6, the CR-V would be better option for you because the great space, height and cargo overall.
The biggest myth with Honda is that they’re more reliable than Ford. Most vehicles are equally reliable is you take care of them properly.
