"This is a great Fallout 4 mod you have to download!" Looks interesting. "... But first, go and buy the player home mod from the Creation Club!" Aaaand I'm out.
Try making a beautiful beach house at spectacle island like I did, but now I'm thinking if making one big modern hotel with holotape video games to play, a bar, and arcade for children, and theater with special tapes for entertainment, and 4 maybe 5 floors for rooms, and 2 floors for a lobby
Don't forget Robboten and all the texture artists for their contributions to the mod! The entire structural kit is made by Robboten. :) Love the video, so creative how you used it, you always come up with stuff I'd never think of.
When two creative and talented people work together there is no limit to the beauty they can create. My compliments Cord and Demanding. They are exceptional.
I just got this mod so I can work on the third floor of Neon Flats. It's ridiculous that I have to use three different mods (NF Workshop, SMM and Unrestricted Settlements) just so I can work on the 3rd floor and properly customise it. Really this workshop should have been part of the CC mod in the first place. I'm glad someone took the time to make it though. Once I'm done with the third floor I might go further with it at a different settlement and build something like this.
I know this is an old video, but does anyone know where I can find the sinks to attach to the kitchen in this mod? I found the kitchen in the Creative Clutter mod but I don't see the sink anywhere.🤔🤔
I have missing the "neon flats workshop" menu... I searched on the internet, and I'm not the the only one with this issue. I have SMM, and I didn't have any problem with mods that using SMM before, just Neon Flats. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? (I have a creation club menu with the furniture items, but building items missing.) Thanks anyways.
Hey just a thought for ya, have you ever thought of getting into interior design cause you always come up with some awesome builds for fallout 4....... also it'd be cool if you could do some more ps4 stuff....just sayin
I wonder why they didn't included the walls in the Neon Flatts package==another great is the VR Workshop...I've used some of the items in an upcoming video soon
Whats ur load order now i have alot of settlement mods and my work shop glitched out not alot of stuff shows anymore the vanilla building tab is no longer their and idk what to dol
You know the structures only mod for Vault VII I was wondering if you could fix it on Xbox One it doesn't show anymore and other people I seen commenting that they've been having trouble to.
Even though this game has so many flaws, I get so nostalgic just thinking about it. Bethesda failed so hard with the settlement system not in terms of how it is, because it's great "It just works!" When it wants to... but they used it as a scapegoat to not have to create interesting areas. Even if you fill a settlement to bursting with character and "uniqueness" is that a word? Anyways it doesn't matter, or it seems like it doesn't to me, because at the end of the day you built it. Hell, you can assign nameless npc's to sleep in specific beds for fuck sake! Not a bad thing to be able to do that, if anything it's welcome, but damn I don't know it doesn't matter how much I've built and how much I make my settlement seem "lived in" the idea of that falls apart because I remember I built it you know?
Thanks for covering this. Since she doesn't post mods on Nexus anymore, for obvious reasons, I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. I don't go to Beth.net as religiously as Nexus :P
Anyone else having an no-snapping issue with the wall plugs for the windows? I followed the tips in this video but the wall plugs wont snap :( they only snap to the Snappy HouseKit Deco Main A doorway.
I own a copy of fallout 4 for my ps4 and I have all the dlcs I bought them all but I stopped playin on my ps4 since pc version has alot more to offer I got a pirated copy since I didnt wanted to pay for all that again I was wondering if theres a way to download this mod without bethesda
Can anyoune succed to install this mod? I have everything but it says that ''CCtosfo4002_neonfalts.esm -Disabled'' in nexus but i can see that is enabled, I install the Settlement menu manager and bought neon flats from the creation club but its nothing working =/, nexus show both plugins but the plugin from this mod show the message above in yellow anyone could help me?
Is there a mod to turn the TV's into actual damn TV's? I'd love to sit there in my home in fallout and watch episodes of the Andy Griffith Show, or the 3 stooges!
I know why they do this, but I just can't stand mods that leave one side of the objects invisible. It wreaks of a lack of polish to me. That's why I'm grateful none of Bethesda's own workshop objects are like that.
It's "reeks." This mod (and others like it) make assets that are already in the game available in the workshop. That's how they look when you are working in the CK. Organizing them and converting them into workshop objects is a tremendous amount of (very tedious) work on its own. Making fully 3D building segments requires decent modeling skills and the tools to use them. Pretty rude, Taco Man. : /
@@xaosbob Didn't mean to come off as rude. Like I said, I know why it's like that. I know how hard it would be to change that. I think what these mod authors do is still great; it's really just a personal thing for me. If it looks awkward to me, then it just does. Doesn't make the buildings you can make if you work around that quirk any less impressive at all. In fact, I'd say it's even more impressive, since my whole point here is that kind of building is beyond me.
@@tacoman6697 Okay. Sorry for calling you out. It does look awkward in-game, because the pieces don't feel like actual things. It feels a bit behind-the-curtains. I prefer solid objects, too (IMMERSION), but I do appreciate the flexibility mods like this bring to building for people who don't use the CK.
Yeah, she's one of the people pouting over a new modding tool that automates mod installations, so she ripped all her stuff off the Nexus, until she can "opt out", which is impossible because all the program does is download off the Nexus, just like Vortex. It just also handled installation and configurationj of multiple mods, rather than one at a time.
What a lot of friends do is create a Vortex profile specifically for downloading mods from Bethnet. Then once they're in your data folder zip the mod files into an archive, remove the loose mod files, and tell Vortex to install from archive on your main profile. Then it's all handled with Vortex. :) I basically do the same thing but with NMM or MO2.
Thanks for showcasing this mod. Turned out pretty sweet! I Was glad to work on this project with Damanding!
Was a pleasure working with you as always. :)
I love the fact that 5-6 years later people are still finding ways to make this game more enjoyable.
This one found a way to add bugs to the game.
"This is a great Fallout 4 mod you have to download!"
Looks interesting.
"... But first, go and buy the player home mod from the Creation Club!"
Aaaand I'm out.
Was just gonna type the same. Bethesda knows damn well they are price gouging by selling _a la carte_ assets and going full "horse armor."
I've lost track of how many player homes you have. Poor Joe is living in a barrel downtown, and Cord is living it up in fancy apartment #40

@@damandingmods4127 Well that is good to know! I am glad you were able to get it out.
Please make a full tour for this build. Love the retro feel so much
I wanna see the build video!
This looks amazing. Great job.
Nice! I would like to see the build. Love watching settlement build videos.
I haven't even watched the video yet, and I already know that this is going to be an awesome video!
The shadowing is my favorite apect as it is tough and time consuming but what a night and day effect. Nice work as always.
Build video of the building itself, please. Your interior build is amazing.
I would like to see the building of the building
@Doggo of Borkshire i have mods that let me use institute walls, floors roofs, doors, furniture and all that, you should try it
Man your builds are insane! keep it up man!
Send it man. I always get good ideas from all you builds
Grats dude, I love it looking forward to this for sure I build huge settlements.
wow.. everytime I think you can't get better. Really well done! thanks
Always enjoy your build videos, Would love to see this one!
5:58 I feel your energy man 😭

Omg 👏!! Also yes that elevator would be fantastic to see on console, I’ll keep an eye out
If anyone is looking for the TV mod, is this > Better TV Standby Screen - Lore Friendly
Can we see a full build tour please? That would be so awesome 😄
Cordless you make the great mod lists. 10/10
Imagine the neon buzz
Beautiful build. I’d like to see an apartment/penthouse like this irl.
2:03 Wish that was a separate small mod because snappy house kit mod is too big for my LO.
Can you make this apartment a mod? I can’t build something this cool with all the xbox storage limits
Mr Duckman you can but the issue is getting that elevator mod
Pls show how you did this! How did u get the balcony doors in place?
the balcony doors wouldn't snap for me so I had to place them down with place everywhere
@@CordlessVII it looks amazing! I'm learning how to use place everywhere since I used to play on ps4 I figured it out after awhile haha
This is great. I'd love to see the build video

Where did you get the TV from at 4:27 ?
It’s from the mod

Just bought it in December 2022. I'm restarting the game but for the first time ever it'll be on PC!
Geebus this looks good man. Will the buildings be turned into a mod?
Hey cordless, can you do a build by Abernathy farm pls
& is this character a Enclave remnant or supporter? Or was the armor just for looks?
Having clutter in falliut 4 just makes apartments SK much better.

they do, with CWSS mod
