  • Week 2 of my Strength endurance Program for Barbell incline Press
    This week hitting a slightly higher % of 1RM and first up Military Barbell Press 4 sets x 10 reps @110kgs
    Surprisingly easier then expected but towards the back end of the 3 and 4th set it was getting much harder.
    The aim of this week is to hit 4 x 8 reps @160kgs on the Incline Barbell press towards the weekend
