This is incredible, yall do some amazing work! I installed everything on vanilla anomaly and in my game inside houses and shaded areas are pitch black. Otherwise it looks great haha I probably screwed something up.

What bothers me in stalker is the trees. I played the StalkerZ server on DayZ and the zone looks great because of the realistic trees and denser amounts.. I wish someone made a tree rework sometimes.

tall grass like that looks great and all but you'll constantly get killed by cats and dogs because you won't be able to see them coming since they don't make the grass move.

hey. the 9 month old download guide for atmospherics has me downloading 1.5.1 files for everything but the only version of MCM available now is 1.5.3. the ones before are not available and they say it wont work with older anomalies (ones before 1.5.3)
I don't get how you guys can make your game look this good?! I have an overclocked 4070 Super FE and an I5-13600K, at 1440P base GAMMA is huffing and puffing 79fps at Med/Low settings (No thermal or weird bottleneck issues)
Yeah I have a 4070 super with a 5800x3d and my STALKER GAMMA install even struggles at times, and it doesn't look anywhere near as good as this. Genuinely no idea how to get the game to look like the video and perform that smoothly, but maybe the person who made it has a 4090 and 7800x3d or something.
@@benskx Up in the comments he says he have a RTX 3080, 5900x , 32GB of Ram. But i think that the secret of this kind of videos is the fact that they use Ray Tracing Global Illumination aka RTGI for ReShade. But you have to pay for it...

I think modders should really devote more of their time on improving gameplay and NPC behaviour, because the Zone is empty and mostly predictable
There are mods that try to improve it but not as good as other games like tarkov modded. Mainly due to engine limitations.

Nope, CCon only changes grass.

Stalker uses cubemaps (x ray engine), there aren't any real time reflections like in modern games. Perhaps one day.
I installed the Atmo mod, but now my game is visually all green, I can't see anything other than this green filter :'(
Delete shader cache, maybe it will do the trick
