Houses where work like toilet, sewage, etc. have been done are worth a lot more as they save time and expense. But are they available in village?

There are such houses in villages, but not many.
I'll find a review of such house and will make a video about it, but expect such house to cost around 10K - 15K.

really useful information as always - it would be great for me if residency was relaxed after Ukraine's victory, although I'd urge your government to use caution. 👍 Is it right that there are no longer any taxes/duties to be paid on vehicles imported into Ukraine? Cars seem much cheaper in the UK, it would be good to be able to drive my Volvo 4x4 over!

No, it's not like that anymore!
Maybe for a couple of months after the war started in 2022 taxes were indeed cancelled.
After people started to buy Rolls Royces, Maybachs, Ferraris and Lambos taxes were returned back.
Yes! In Ukraine taxes for cars are not small and if you bring your own car, you can drive it here in Ukraine I think for up to one year. Then you leave the country and can come back after a week. Just need an international green card insurance.
But with another steering wheel I do not know if it will be convenient to drive in Ukraine.

@@UkraineScamExpert Thanks, good info. I've driven left wheel cars in UK and right wheel cars in EU many times, and never had a problem.
Getting green card insurance from UK for UA is not easy at all - other EU countries it's easier, but since Brexit... :(

I think it will be much easier after our victory. Especially for UK citizens as UK helps Ukraine quite a lot these days.
It is not an official info, just my opinion, but hopefully I am right.

You can buy insurance for UK registered car in Ukraine. Done it myself. Will require you to visit Ukraine without your car first and buy it ( TASS was the company I used).
Then when you drive from the EU over the border you show Ukrainian border guards your new Ukrainian insurance document.
Don't bother trying to get a UK insurance company to give you cover for Ukraine
