Why do you say it is not possible to use both at the same time? Do you mean that it's not possible to launch a campaign in both Campaigns and MA simultaneously and that you have to shut down one to use the other or do you mean that if one is active, the other can't be activated?
It’s became confusing. What’s the difference between Zoho campaign and Zoho marketing automation? Why it’s not a one app that includes all that?
I found it too Primative yet. Needs another year of dev.
Campaign has issues with sms formats. It’s just dumb. Campaign can use zoho sms
Marketing automation can not. You ll need to use twilio, etc

@user-ot8nv1bp2w So you confirm that it is indeed possible run an email campaign with the same domain in Campaigns and MA at the same time?
