    There is nothing in #SQL; only Plsql is super.

    Tutorials are well done, but zoho is becoming complicated. I believe Salesforce does not require coding and cardinality to match tables. You just pick what you want and it’s done.
    With Zoho, I feel like pulling my hair every day. Why can’t I go from zoho invoiced items to zoho invoice to customer contact to contact (crm) to lead source in contact when it is already connected. Whenever I get to invoice or further the crm data is gone and vice versa (depending if left or right join of course).
    And We re not using deal module… not potential deal id..

      Hi Dr. Mathieu Belanger, It’s true that Zoho is a double-edged sword in that you have limitless possibilities to tailor it to your exact business process but it does require some leg work to get set up. If you don’t need much customization, you could probably find a more plug-n-play option through Hubspot. We don’t like SalesForce for locking you into long and expensive contracts.
