My favorite thing also is making my own butter, really easy, like stupid easy. Home made butter and fresh grated real Parmesan on pasta. It's good enough to skip the sauce. Of course as easy and superior as home made sauce is, part of that is just how good real Parmesan is. King of cheese for a reason.
A 120 months parmesan costs like 50€/kg. This one is older, so i guess it's more expensive. Let's say 60 €/kg. A wheel is like 30 to 40 kg, let's say 30 after aging. At least 1800 €.
