I know right!
Parents: You have to study hard, so you don't become a farmer
The farmer:
@Pup Pyz depends. Lots of farmer I know only have a high school deg. They mostly learn via experience
Farmers in more developed countries actually require a lot of specialization and knowledge in new technology :) it's very interesting
Farms can be quite lucrative if you know how to do business.
I am pretty sure the original comment was showing how you usually “study hard” to not end in a unprofessional job, but this video shows the hard work and dedication behind being a farmer
Sad thing is, farmers are highly intelligent and are NECESSARY. Shame on all parents who say this stuff to their kids! Serious stuff to the side, this is a good joke and you should have a good day. ^-^
Amazing! The pride she has for her cheesmaking shows on her face..wonderful craft.
Gouda cheese used to be a dream of flavor and it was never missing on our table when I grew up. Then the industrial versions took over....I am so glad to see someone, and especially a woman, still producing the real Gouda. Great job lady 💖
This has been my favorite cheese the last couple of years. I've been using it on pizza, works very well on pizza.
Shame on you, it doesn't melt well and has too much umami for pizza, stick with mozzarella. Try aged Gouda with apple syrup or figs, it's the bomb.
Let this man use whatever cheese he wants
@@jessevanderweijden1548 I always have a mix going. Generally I like the mozzarella more near the middle and the gouda on the outside because of how they melt. This way they melt more similiarly at the same time.
jan: Yeah, I just discovered the fig n cheese thing on my own recently. It's really a wonderful combination.
I love Gouda cheese I’d eat it plain but please stick with mozzarella on pizza..
It doesn't taste gouda
anyone else watch this video drooling the whole time?
My family is from the Netherlands, if you have the opportunity to try this cheese, you totally should! It's honestly so good!
She said there’s a guy who comes and buys 90 *wheels of gouda*
And eats them...
Wtf
This is the person our math test warned us about.
She says "age them". ☺️🧀

I love this lady. She is so proud of her cheese. By the way, Gouda’s cheese market is well worth a visit. Great to see and experience.

Those wooden molds are to die for!
Thanks to all who participated in this very pleasurable video.
I like it when youtube's algorithm throws you a video like this from time to time totally unrelated to everything you watch. A wheel of cheese is going on my grocery list :)
We need more of this in the States, it looks so good!
Trader joes has some good cheap aged Gouda.
Woozlewuzzleable Cheap Gouda = Not good
@@Kimdah_ Meh, it's much better then the other store bought goudas and I like it. Until I become rich and can afford to go to Holland, that's the best I can do right now:)
Woozlewuzzleable My country is NOT called Holland btw. Holland is the name for just two out of twelve provinces total. The country is called the Netherlands.

Actual Dutch sounds a lot like English speakers faking German....
That pause at "whey away" was beautiful
The interviewee: **eats cheese**
Also her: Its really cheesy 😌
Its always great to see someone that has such pride in their work.
I'm so incredibly grateful to this channel for sharing so many stories from all around the world of different industries. ♡♡♡♡♡ Thank you!
Gouda with cumin seeds in it. Melts like a dream, tastes like a dream too.
I would let this woman be my mother, she is so wholesome
I can feel the genuine pride she has in her cheese. Two of my most favourite "I wanna taste it"s are cheese and coffee.
I love how she explained every nutrient the cattle ate when she tasted the cheese 🧀
What e this?

This is one of my favorite cheeses! I broke many wheels of aged boerenkaas as a cheese monger so it was such a delight to see this extraordinary artisan doing the same with her own cheese. I could almost taste the crystals
She’s so proud of her cheese I love it!
Claudia needs to be recognized as a national treasure
This cheese seems to take a lot of work. Amazing food amazing history!
the cows and time/atmosphere do most of the work to be honest ;)
Most cheese take alot of time to make
I love Gouda cheese so much. I mean I absolutely love cheese in general but Gouda is special. When Xbox first came out back when I was a kid, I remember playing the Xbox Live beta before that feature launched and my original Xbox live name was "Cheese Man"
