    That’s not a battery backup… that’s an RGB led…

    Stock thermals, I lock the voltage at 768mv and limit power to 80%, then overclock memory +1300 and I’m getting 91mh/s at 49° on the core and between 78-84° on the memory

    • @nolanpoulin4143
      @nolanpoulin4143 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Depending on the card you can probably lock at a lower voltage and get an extra 200-400mhz on the memory, but that is where mine is stable

    Finally an in-depth EVGA 3080Ti FTW3 Ultra thermal pad video!! I immediately put a Hybrid kit on-MAJOR THERMAL reduction! But now that I know that the pump works, I want to Plastidip my Hybrid shroud-and I got some Gelid GP-Ultimates-But I’m replacing the thermal pads on the Hybrid Kit. Help? lol

    My 3080 ti also has a very slight bow to it. I have seen several people say it. I wonder why? Awesome card tho. I love it. I put the hybrid kit on mine.

    Забавный толстяк. Поцарапал медное основание зачем-то. Резал прокладки прямо на бэкплейте. Нанёс этот стремный жидкий метал на чип. Термозамазку решил оставить заводскую.
    Спец от Бога.

    I'm suprising neil polish can do isolation of GPU.
    I will like to use copper plate to replace thermal pad, but worrier about shortage.
    I think I can coading all the small components with this neil polish.
    Do you think if there is any risk that will make graphic card die by doing this?

    Great video! However can you please tell me if top coating is still required to protect resistors if you weren't using liquid metal for the gpu core? I mean can I skip that step if I am going to use lower conductive thermal paste on my gpu core?

    • @jonvargas541
      @jonvargas541 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Depending on the thermal paste, as long as it's not conductive then you should be fine. Check reviews on it 👍

    • @IndieOyuncun
      @IndieOyuncun 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jonvargas541 yes I checked further and realized the liquid metal a lot more conductive comparing thermal pastes and that's the reason he is putting the coating. Thanks for the reply though!

      @@rmack5649 you could use that yes, easy to apply and does a wonderful job 👌
      or some very sticky electrical tape, in case you don't want the tape to be permanent, for...specific reasons 😉

    So is it safe to use liquid metal? Assuming we protect the resistors of course

  • @cemsengul16

    You can never know the thickness of OEM thermal pads because you are measuring your old pads that have already been compressed inside.
