      @@1v1.EDITTShandstand push-ups, dips, pull-ups and push-ups are all you need. Rows will help you get to a pullup. Master one arm push-ups, one arm pull-up, 20 dips, and just master the basic exercises and then move to the skills. You only need a pair of rings and the ground, you can do handstands and dips on the rings as well as pull-ups and rows. For abs you can do L sits or hanging leg raises but using rings will build your abs anyways just lose the excess fat and they’ll show. To increase your reps/strength each set should be done to failure and you should increase each rep every workout when you’re in the lower range of 1-5 reps and when you move towards high range 5-10 or 10-20 then you should increase your sets like 5-5-5 to 5-5-5-5 and then move to 6-6-6. That’s all you need to do and if you’re goal is gymnastics I recommend reading the book “Overcoming Gravity” I personally used it for my gymnasts training as well and I’ve won multiple national level competitions with the help of the advice given in the book.

    IMO, those 3 years of injury was your crucial part of transformation. Do not undervalue yourself, going through recovery especially because your mistake is one of the hardest things on the path. I think everybody who is doing it knows the worse feeling when you have so much will to do it but your body cant, this suffering of keeping the vision and not being able to do it is a very hard part of the journey, the real test. Will you want it enough to continue? Appreciate Ian for sharing what is possible for those in low times. Thank you

    Great video Ian!! I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I got myself a diet plan from OnlyMeal and started doing some exercises at home. My brother was making huge fun of me, thinking I will give up... But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 127lbs thanks to my diet and dedication, and I am feeling a lot happier now.

    Keep up the good work bud. When you put your mind to something and do hard work you can accomplish it. Watching videos like this especially when people are working out and getting in shape. There are times that it makes me a little depressed because I suffer with late stage chronic lyme disease and I was misdiagnosed for almost 6 months and when someone is misdiagnosed it can be hard to treat the swirly bacteria infection that comes from a tick. When you don't have the proper resources like money to try better natural treatments or to see a Lyme disease doctor you can't get help. When I got sick and found out that I had this disease I started researching on unhealthy foods and healthy foods and the foods that I eat are healthy foods I don't eat any processed foods but I do need to limit my cigarette times even if it's healthy sugar. But apart from that I'm always that person I love working out getting in shape . One of my favorite classes in school was Jen and the second class was woodshop. I know that I can say this through my suffering I am learning a lot in my life and it led me to have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. I'm not talking about a religion I'm talking about a relationship. One thing I tried to remind myself is I need to trust God no matter what if it's his will to heal me somehow or if it's his will to not heal me. Because he knows what's best for his children and he knows every hair on our heads and he knows what's best for us and what we can handle and can't handle he knows all of our weaknesses and all of our strengths and fears and worries. It is tough when you have a disease and you know that there are better treatments out there that you can get better but you don't have the correct resources or funding. Especially when you read people's testimonies how they got better over time. It's off living with this disease on top of this because getting three bone marrow biopsies done in the past 3 years and finding out that I have few less cells in my bone marrow and finding out that you have 20% to 25% of cellular level in my bone marrow and it should be at 70% for my age. Thirdly when you have a disease and you find out that you have mild to moderate chronic pancreatitis. Dealing with fatigue issues and achiness through my neck and shoulder. I know God will work everything out for good even if it looks bad. But anyway I wanted to share my testimony a little bit to everyone. Because no matter what you're going through in your life if you're struggling with your faith or you don't believe that there's no God no higher power. I wanted to let you know that there is a God that loves you and he knows your name....✍️✝️🇺🇲🫶👈

Pull days you do pull ups and a row where you bring the handle to your stomach. Then legs have a bunch of exercises. You do two warm up sets and two working sets to failure. Push, rest, pull, rest, legs, rest. Repeat. Search Ian Barseagle two set method. It’s helpful

    The injury and the learning from the ego lifting is as much a part of the transformation as any other part. Saying otherwise is a bit like a trader who only wants to talk about the wins...when there are just as many losses and some exceeding many of the biggest wins. It's ALL part of the journey. Without the losses (injury) there are things might have played out differently.
    "8 years," that is wild. What a commitment and follow through, amazing.

    That was awesome! As someone who is struggling to get back after multiple kind of injuries... and just like you: because of "Ego Lifting". What about a video talking how did you deal with it?
    How you slow down, but kept motivated to get back wherer you were or, well after this video, I bet we can say: even further?
    Ps.: Sorry for any grammatical mistake. English is not my mother language.

      I m huge fan of his work ethics. Is it worth buying this program ?
      Because I don't have that much money to buy his program
      Plz guide

    • @AndrewB_33
      @AndrewB_33 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @rahulkala6254 I would definitely recommend the program 💯 When I bought it it was called SSS (Soviet Strength Secrets) now I don't know if it's a different program, or just a different name. But either way, I would definitely recommend it. When I bought it it was $149, so now it being ONLY $47 is an AMAZING deal!

      @AndrewB_33 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Also, a little info. I'm very sceptical about buying programs and stuff. Ian's was the first program I ever paid any money for and it is worth every penny!

      @@Duuude. when I bought it I believe it wad a one-time purchase and I will always have access to it. I don't know about the new plan though. Better contact Ian's support team or something
