Some other things to consider if you have a late arriving flight the airport rail link only runs until midnight. So you might want to consider is it worth getting an expensive cab ride into the city or just get a cheap room near the airport for one night. Also if you are at the airport early or have some spare time the 711 is in the basement.

It depends if the SIM providers has a campaign going on. But the last 15 years I have visited Thailand, I have found True to give me the best offers. And I use a lot of data.

Hi Arsen! Been following your videos for a while. Great information. Thank you! We are visiting in October, and proceeding to Chiang Mai. The flights to Chiang Mai are pricey, so I'm considering going by train. The problem is, how do I manage the 12 hours between the time we land, until we board the train by evening?

As we're landing by 6 am, I just want to refresh, drop the luggage somewhere, and go shopping for essentials, exchange money, buy sim cards, and go back, pick our stuff, and board the train. Are there facilities for storing luggage at one of the airport link stations or at the train station?

Using an ATM would be the cheapest (except when you would only get a small amount from the ATM, in that case it’s cheaper to go to the exchange booth)
I will be coming to Bangkok soon for the first time. I see alot of information that money exchange is not worth at the airports, and some people say it is ok to do the exchange at the airport. I am confused lol, should i exchange in airport, or better to exchange somewhere inside Bangkok??

They will ask how long you will stay, which answer will you give with a one way ticket?? Visa Type?? 🤔

Once you arrive the immigration tell them your case and show your tickets they will insure you board on time, no worries
