Thank you very much for one more great coaching video. I am truing to follow you program.. And my ELO is growing up step by step ( 1829) . Can you give me advise what is the optimum settings for tracking? I am playing Quest 2 with SolidSlim adapter. And the rubber from both sides Like you suggested ( 50 bounciness, 82 spun, 1.00 throw coefficient, oversized paddle, lab bounce off). There are a lot discussions about GVLP, GL, GV. At the moment I have such settings: Standard for non puddle controller, curve correction strenhg 0,35, Use simple GVLP - OF, Use simple GV - ON, Use simple GP -ON, Get pose pre render ON. Very appreciated any suggests..

      Hello, thanks for the message.
I like playing with all 3 boxes checked: GVLP, GV and GP
The Pose box I don’t have in Pico 4 (I don’t play with Quest), so I’m asking other players to see what they think. If I get any useful suggestions I’ll let you know.
      Best regards!

All players I asked answered the same thing: keep all boxes checked on the right side (so just add GVLP) and the one you have on the left side (standard for non paddle).
That supposed to be the best way.

Isn't it a little strange to play with a throw of 1.00? I think a typical setting (for an inverted rubber) should be something between 1.1 and 1.16
50 bounciness for me much too low, when I tried such a setting I felt the paddle was much less dynamic than my IRL paddle. But of course it may be OK if someone plays with more defensive paddle or want to practice basic strokes.
