@@brickphone8069 Since Kayzk is acquired through Tamurkhans Chieftain mechanic, and not from a quest, my money is on Archaon not having access to any of Tamurkhans legendary chieftains.

@@adjoe4799 Wasn’t sure if they added him to an eye of chaos event or something, I can see them giving Kayzk to Festus that way, make up for Azazel and Valkia getting super strong special eye of chaos stuff
I'm glad that Karanak is coming via Skulls... because when an eventual Khorne DLC comes, I wanna see Skulltaker.

I agree that Khorne shouldn't have a spellcaster, but it would be nice to have some sort of unit that does something with winds of magic. Maybe it just absorbs them to get stronger or provide a festus heal aura effect while it consumes them.

So new Khorne Dlc probably going to be Arbaal, Skulltaker flc, and Scyla as LH.

Scylla would be very fun because then khorne just has monstrous legendary heroes that want to fight and are really strong. With karanak and anfingrimm in one army you would just have a bestial hero army

i'm not sick of Chaos Additions to the game. I'm just happy we can get a new Khorne thing. Khorne is my favorite Chaos Faction and i'm sad we didnt get any dlc for it yet.

Absolutely love the lore behind this guy. The idea of Khorne sending out a “bloodhound” instead of a demon / human to ensure the job gets done.

The goodest Khorne Dog is here! Both Khorne and Archaon now have a new pet to play with and to help snipe lords and heroes. I'm so excited for this!
I wonder if Karanak will provide debuffs for nearby enemy spellcastors and possibly buffs for Flesh Hounds in the army. Hopefully Khorne gets a DLC soon as it's my favorite Chaos Daemon faction.
I think we'll get slaanesh (original roadmap) and maybe nagash dlcs first (100th lord)
The dog is probably a gift so we won't complain too much when khorne takes a while to arrive.

Considering how Karanak draws other flesh hounds to him over a hunt, i wouldn't be surprised if he could summon a flesh hound to him

I'm holding out hope that they'll give him something that makes him extra handy for assassinations to keep us from dumping him in our LLs army and forgetting about him. The idea I have is that once you click a character, you get two hero action options, assassinate and track. The tracking option only turns up for spellcaster heroes, and in addition to keeping them from hiding (running off to hide outside your line of sight, or getting into an ambushing army, etc.) by placing a quest marker on them, it also makes them extra vulnerable to assassination or being killed in battle by debuffing them. The kicker is that the tracking works on spellcaster lords as well, so that even if you can't assassinate them, Karanak can still weaken them for the eventual battlefield confrontation.
I was curious what the general theme for the remaining chaos factions would be. Since we had a focus on the demons and hertics, with Thrones and Shadows lords emphasizing the mutants. So Khornes going to focus on super doggos, along with stuff like forsaken and minotaurs probably.
And khorngors!

Maybe some people might be getting tired of Chaos stuff, but the key thing to remember is that the Chaos roster is absolutely super massive! And with them getting all but completely neglected in game 2, (Taurox and the things that came with him were all Chaos got) game 3 HAS to be the Chaos game.
Sure hope this guy doesn’t break the entire game again like Hammerstorm did…
I love the LH but they do got me wondering about something like that. With so many we have now so many armies are EXTREMELY powerful. Like i took out an ENTIRE army with just the Scribes. I love the LH but they are pretty extreme.

Used the mod Karanak for so long I forgot he wasn’t in the base game.
Arbaal the Undefeated rides Khorne's OWN Flesh Hound! And it's as big as a Rhinox!
I take it that if you fully embrace Tzeentch - knowledge and madness - you could actually escape Karanak, but you most likely wouldnt be yourself anymore; quite a predicament for Karanak's prey
Now that we're getting Karanak, if we later get Ka'Bandha we'd be able to play Khorne's Huntsmaster and his hound.

My thoughts on the final DLC i think both slaanesh and khorne get in the fight there disgust for eachother and the lack of content for them makes it more reasonable

Khorne is my least favourite of the gods but I'm happy to pet this doggo and not sick of chaos stuff as it means it's not cathay or kislev content so that's good.
Skulls was a bit of a weak showing honestly. I was definitely expecting deeper sales today and hopefully more info for what comes next, hoping to pick up the new dlc slightly discounted for the event but I guess not. Would it have killed them to do even 10% on Thrones of Decay?
