लिथियम बेटरी का सिस्टम कुछ जचा नहीं BMS अटैच करणे के लिए ढेरों तारों को जॉइंट करणा पड़ता है जबकी नॉर्मल में केवल दो ही जोड़ने की आवयश्कता होती है दो से तीन वोल्टेज के अलग अलग सैल लेने पड़ते हैं या फिर इनको जॉइंट करवाकर खरीदा जा सकता है अगर कोई इनको अलग अलग लेता है तो झंझट ही हो सकता है हर कोई इनको जॉइंट नहीं कर सकते भले ही इनकी लाइफ़ ज्यादा है किंतु इस झंझट से बचने के लिए नॉर्मल ही खरीदना पसंद करते हैं जितनी लिथियम की लाइफ होती है उसी प्रकार इसकी कीमत भी ज्यादा चुकानी पड़ती है
Those cells test at 150 to 180Ah typically. Much more likely a 320Ah pack in the neighborhood of 3.8kwh
Mine tested over 200. Regardless, this pack is rated at 200ah not 400. It would have to be connected in parallel to be 400ah.

Terrible poor made pack & dangerous work from start to end. Sad to see stuff like this end up in public places as a short could easily kill you with the insane amounts of power involved.
My Daly 200/12 volt won't pass 2 amps for 5 minutes.

How many watts of solar panel is this inverter required for charging?
The batteries!! No the inverter, pls!!!
1.- 24v * 200ah= 4800 Wh
2.- 300w panel x16 panels =4800 or 150w panel x 32 panels =4800w
3.- Now 16 or 32 are too much per hour so depending on the consumption you want to give you can put half of that amount, But it is always preferable that letfover to missing the precious sunrays in a cloudy day

No need for so many panels; --- if 5 hours of Sun, you need 4 panels of 300 watts;
Like this: 4800 /.8 is 6000 kwh (.8 due to loss on inverter etc...)
6000 / 5 hours is 1200 watts
1200 / 300 is 4 panels; 6 panels better ; or more...

I had 2 men working on the solar system in van.
They replaced the batteries with a LiFePO4 12.8V 78Ah and a 12.8V 35Ah 448Wh.
They installed a Pure Sine Wave Inverter 12V Input, Power 2500W, Output 120V.
I also have a Victron Smart Solar Charge Controller, MPPT 100/30.
When the electrician hooked up everything sparks began flying, the system got hot, and he has given up trying to set it up. I have no solar power now in my van, which is my home.
Please help! I can't waste any more money and I have no idea what I need. Thank you.
Better to post in a group of simular users of campers. Fb has a lot of groups that van help of look at posts on youtube like Will prowse. I think you need a balancer between your start and solarbattry. Also it is very low capacity for such big inverter?.. but i am not electrician.
That inverter is too large but thats not your main issue. You likely have a wiring problem. Those two buffoons had no clue what they were doing

This guy is an accident looking for a place to happen.
Failing to insulate the negative lead (big black wire) on the BMS after it was connected to the battery is unforgiveable.
Then he made it worse by connecting the positive battery post to a loose cable with out insulating the loose end, so now he has a negative and positive cable hooked to the battery just swinging around with no insulation.
Then even after the hooked the cables to the inverter he still had an uninsulated bolt/joint just swing around.
Had he shorted the negative bms lead and the positive battery terminal/cable, all hell would have broke loose.
Resulting in severe injury, fire, destroying the bms, maybe even death. 200 amps will hurt you bad.
This guy came so close to shorting out that battery it sends shivers up my spine.
Please find somebody else to learn from, this guy will get you hurt.
but the batteries are so pretty, It couldn't possibly hurt me, because anyone can buy it on amazon! They would be liable of they were dangerous. Or Amazon wouldn't allow it. I let my kids play around it in the living room. They would put stickers on it if they were dangerous. This is just a little science experiment for the kids.
How 200amp 24v can hurt you so bad? Explain. Other than big spark if short positive and negative. Human body resistance from one hand to other hand is over 500ko depend of moisture of skin. How 200amp can travel that 500Ko resistance? Ohm law.

@@markuscamenzind5510 It would even be far more than 200A rushing through. The BMS turns off the current but since these are controlled by logic, not electricity, like fuses would, it takes a couple of ms. I'm not even sure whether the BMS would even be able to disconnect at these currents or if the circuits would be fused closed 😅
The way he set it up in the middle part made me think he was trying to connect the neg to the pos on purpose xD

The DAYILY BMS is Not Truly a BMS ! Does Not Balance the Battery Bank ! Heads Up once you send the money on a Daily 15s 120A BMS wire it in and on the touch screen you bought try to turn on the balancer and it’s not active wait a minute this is a BMS = Battery Manage System and you’re thinking active balancing is that Not with Daily ! JK Smart BMS has an Active Balancer 2A for like $ 140. !!

Aluminum is quite common as a bus bar material. No clue what you are talking about. The only difference is the thickness but due to aluminums light weight it will end up weighing the same as a copper bar to get the same ampacity.
So how much did that set up cost and how big is possible. And how is that different then car batteries
The cost depends on the quality of cells you buy. The big difference is that lithium iron phosphate cells like this can have 10 times the life of a car battery, and if you limit charge and discharge to 80% and 20% respectively and use the BMS to monitor and balance the cells, the lifespan can be even longer. Typically I would say that DIY, like this will be 2-3 times the price of an equivalent capacity car battery
How to charge these batteries again?

That is a lot of power but also very expensive. You also need a powerful enough DC to AC inverter which makes it even more expensive
that depends what one is gonna use it for , i have new cells 280ah 8s same bms , and for now i have a small dc-dc converter for 12v loads and a cheap puresinewave inverter labeled as 1500watt con( proberly will do no more than 500w) for 240v needs.. as a power storage unit from solar it is pretty good i usually use about 7-20 % of battery capasity overnight ,however my powercomsuption is very low.....
Inspite of playing music, better to provide a lecture, so that viewers can understand the process of making battery bank.

Even so they're not explaining how adding a little salt water and charging a motorcycle type battery for an hour can make it good again.
I have fairly good luck adding fresh squeeze lemon juice because of it's acidic content it is somewhat effective breaking down solids on the lead plates in batteries.

I think it's 3.2 volts for every cell, all hooked together gives 24 volts
