Wow dude, great transformation. You have insane genetics for sure, and I hope you keep up with fitness and continue to learn and grow. You really have a lot of potential, and it would probably serve you well to get a coach. There are plenty of options to do that online, and it would certainly fast track your results for the time you spend in the gym. Congrats man. You’re going places!

That is no where close to a "nothing" physique, I have a friend who is 20 years old and after 6 months of training he got to 53kg(116 lbs). Which is big achievement for him ,but your starter physique blows his after 6 months of training out of the water, so you definitely have good genetics my guy👏

impressive transformation! Good job!! I do feel the urge to make you aware of your limited rage of motion in your squat (below parallel), pull ups (straight arms in the bottom), benchpress (touching your chest with the bar) and tricep push downs (freeze your upper arms and going from elbow almost to your shoulder to straight arms) . I think your mobility, strength and gains could get even more impressive if you do full range of motion movements!

Good job, and a really well made video, but an important thing you need to focus on is form/rom. Your squat isn’t to parallel, and you’re not touching the bar to your chest on bench. If you make sure to use proper technique, not only will it be more beneficial, but you’ll also be less likely to injure yourself

Awesome Progress man keep it up! I reccommend checking out Dr Mike from Renaissance periodization. He has excellentinformation on training. As a quick tip, literally dont worry about weight focus on form and focus on slower eccentric reps (lowering the weight) and pausing for a second in the stretched position will increase sooooo much more for muscle growth. As soon as you add those techniques you will struggle to squat 80kgs with good form, but you'll be getting so much more out of it =) Hope it helps and keen to continue to see you grow =)
