- Here we have a start to finish rebuild of my 2003 Honda CR250. I picked this thing up, not running properly and in super rough condition. So I fully tore it down, rebuilt it and here we are. I'm sooo stoked with the way it turned out. It has come a very long way. Hope you enjoy the video. 👍

My 02 is right in the middle, got most of the new bling, just waiting on Hinson clutch baskit and Pro taper oversized bars

Did the replacement piston get or need holes drilled in it for the exhaust port bridge? Or did it come drilled already?

What tires did you use? And do they do pretty good? New pirellis are nice but looking for most aggresive back tire i can find and awesome job on build looks fantastic

Good job bud freaky good job. But one thing did you really have to take the motor out just to do a top end change. You have a GEM of a bike there. Next time save all your parts up and do a series. New bars seat levers maybe do some vapor honing and do some coatings tires and wheels also. Sounds great got to love the CR's this scars on the frame looked deep from the plastics.
Thanks bro. I didnt have to but I wanted to fully strip it down, clean things up and start from scratch. I built the bike on a "budget" so I only did what it needed plus a few things to make it look sick. I did actually do a full series on it. Go check out the playlist. Cheers for the support.👍

Custom made. Any graphic shop will do it for u
Turned out great. While the engine was out and bike was that far apart, should have done the bottom end and transmission as well as the forks and shock. Other than the top end, mostly a cosmetic "rebuild". The bike does look great tho.
What was that red part you installed on the intake side of the engine?

What did you use to strip your pipe
Had it done by a nickel electro player. $80 all stripped then had it vapour blasted for the final finish.
It takes me at least an hour to get the air box boot onto my carburetor......
Can be a pain aye....

Thanks alot. I got it of Facebook Marketplace. I searched it up and couldn't find much on it. They are ESR Carbon Reeds. See if u can find them.
