The judge is being ‘very’ ungenerous where JD is concerned, don’t u think?? We have evidence that Johnny never laid a hand on Amber Heard, that her 911 calls was faked upon, that she was the abusive one, that she lied under oath, and that she is incapable of taking care of herself or others for that matter. Conversely, however we also have evidence that Johnny has never said anything but the truth, that he remained professional while she failed to, and that he has always been a good father, husband, and otherwise loved one to those around him. For starters his best friend (Isaac Baruch) lives rent free in one of his penthouses, he ordered that the seven million dollar settlement should go to the Children's Hospital in LA to help cure cancer (money that Amber Heard stole and never returned, might I add) he even paid for Amber Heard's caretaker because Amber treated her like garbage (spit in her face, started physical fights, refused to pay her) and on top of that Johnny also gave Amber Heard's family permission to take his Dodge Challenger for rides. The man has a heart of gold if you ask me, and while it is true that he too has been influenced by drugs in the past, it was never to the same extent as her, and it was mainly caused BY her.
I can't fathom how a known journalist was allowed to sit in the front row and use her phone and laptop in front of the judge whilst the court is in session, just because she walked in with Amber Heard.

Aussie here. I remember when they came to Australia with HER dogs without quarantining them for 10 days to bypass our laws (which is illegal here). Johnny had to defend her action after she was charged for smuggling her pets on his private jet and producing a fake document. So even in 2015 she was a big fking liar. Normal people would go to jail for lying and breaching bio security laws here, but not Amber, because she had lawyers and Johnny to protect her entitled self. Why does Australia have such strict bio security laws? Because Australia is trying to keep out canine diseases, such as the bacterial infection leptospirosis and rabies. So, if she would not get very rich, she wanted to destroy his career. But she got very rich! She stole the $35 million with the help of Johnny's former business manager. Attorneys are to be held to the highest standards. This is a high profile case. They have trashed their own reputation in front of the world.
Amber lied about having donated her entire 7 million dollar divorce settlement and that heavily influenced the judges ruling. He was even quoted in his judgement saying “donating your entire 7 million divorce settlement, is not the actions of a gold digger”. He didn’t even check to see if she indeed had donated her divorce settlement. The judge didn’t even let Johnny bring in evidence to support his case and that proved she never donated anything! She’s being investigated for perjury now in the UK for that exact statement. However I doubt the judge will do anything about it. Her being investigated for perjury would open his judgement to an investigation and would show how careless his ruling was. He refused to recuse himself from the case even though he had connections to the Sun newspaper that was being sued. That judge is probably going to try and sweep this inconsistency under the rug and block any prosecution for perjury for Amber since it would look bad on his court ruling.
This just proves Johnny's case at how manipulative and slithery Heard is. She's getting people to manufacture things on Heards behalf. This is Johnny Depp's defamation suit against Heard. When Depp takes about not going so far he's referring to the escalation BEFORE when she falsely accused him. Now he's just trying to clear his name.
The initial image was presented cropped, so from there she directly asked the witness about seeing any clips of the trial, which led to the events Thursday, Fridays hearing which was not televised was when they presented the full image to the judge and the request to remove Ms. Barlowe from the court. The judge had to act accordingly and swiftly with information presented, that is the misrepresentation apart from not following the rules of the courtroom. By that time it is already to late the witness already admitted under oath to watching testimony, which wouldn't not have been prompted without Eve Barlowe giving that posting from a year ago, to the lawyer in court, as if it was recent.
I am disappointed in the quality of Amber’s lawyer’s trial objections. As a practicing lawyer, I know and understand the rules of evidence and the proper way to make objections. Her lawyer needs to be asked by the Judge, repeatedly, what is your LEGAL objection. The phrase “I object…” without more, only works in Hollywood.

Her lawyer knew of the no electronic recording device order. He accepted Barlow's phone. He presented to the court a digital photo, which had the date cropped from the image of an Instagram screen shot.... Seems like a series of intentional and unintentional misrepresentation. As a lawyer he should have been extremely hesitant to present evidence from the peanut gallery.

She could have inquired into the date sure, but lawyers and members of their team are allowed phones, so if one of the legal team people found it, then it's fair game to have that phone and present it. The problem is that no one inquired about the date which almost always is fact checked against, to prevent such failures in court.

So, I know court cases are rarely cut and dry, but ...we have recordings of Amber admitting to "hitting him" verbatim, we have repeated cases where people on "her side" are caught acting outside the law or twisting and manipulating evidence, and somehow this is still something to settle and she still is trying to come out on top. Seems like anyone with a shred of objectivity and who can see the patterns will note who is clearly the more credible party.

This is another example of how that saying “ walk a mile in my shoes and then judge me” really applies. You never know what’s going on in someones life if you’re not a part of it. I wish there were stiffer penalties for false accusers in any scenario.

I don't watch any celebrity news and hate Hollywood. I didn't know who Amber Heard was before the trial. I had seen Johnny in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" and Edward Scissorhands" years ago, both of which I adored, but haven't taken any notice of his or any other actor's career for a long time. But, I am now a strong Johnny Depp fan, and a complete Amber Heard hater, after watching this trial and the aftermath. And every horrible, despicable thing that's been revealed about her. I'm so glad Johnny won!! He is such a lovely person. She is unspeakably rotten. An evil person. A really terrible woman. I'm completely shocked at her behaviour. And her lawyers - especially Elaine. That misrepresentation by Heard's attorneys is an offence serious enough to warrant a disciplinary process by the Virginia bar association. As an attorney myself that was absolutely despicable to see.

Amber Heards Girlfriend left out the date of a social media post that was made January 8th 2021. This is how they were able to get the judge to ask theses questions. They made it look like the post that was made during trial but that wasn’t the case. The defense team has lied and used information that they didn’t verify.
The defense team knew it was an old post. It was a classic trick. Ofcourse they knew the date. They got the witness dismissed at the get go, was what they were after. The judge got rid of Barlow, she was the scapegoat. Look over there... Classic Amber.

It must be nearly impossible to avoid seeing a news clip though, this is why she said she'd seen some clips. It's not the same as 'watching the trial', it was accidentally stumbled across. But Gina Deuters was unsure what the issue could even be, why she was being sternly asked such a thing, and was completely honest, and because of the damning lies of Eve Barlow, she got kicked out. Ben Chew saying she was properly excluded is because strictly defined she did in fact see a clip, but I would suggest none of the witnesses from either side have avoided it 100%, the most they could do is quickly turn it off, change sites, or not use their computers at all for six weeks. He said she was properly excluded because _technically_ she was, but if that was the standard there'd be no witnesses at all. Ben Chew, however, like his client, is classy and honest. Amber's lawyers, like her, are underhanded.

Immediately seemed extremely strange to me when the judge suddenly asked if Depp's friend had informed herself about the case. Completely out of nowhere. The information must have come at that moment and the behavior of Amber's lawyers shortly before was also striking. If they had had the information earlier, this witness would not have come so far in the interrogation. Shortly before it became really interesting in my opinion, the objection came and she was banished. But if the information turned out to be wrong, it doesn't change anything. Because whether the information that led to exclusion or not was outdated, the witness admitted to having informed herself what she should not have done. So a happy coincidence for Amber's legal team. If the witness had denied this, the information would have had to be checked, then it would have turned out that they were outdated and she could have continued to testify.
Your summary is spot on. It exposed what she had done. However, misrepresentation of evidence isn't going to help AH'S team as well. It begs the questions of other occasions where she and her friends how perpetrated acts similar to this to further their personal aims and objectives. Johnny's team need to bring the attention of the jury to it. They're used to getting away with stuff. Gina messed up as well. She would have spoken up if she had followed the rules herself. She's a crucial witness who seemed believable to me. It's a shame.

But, no one differentiated that, and when Gina admitted to watching parts of THIS trial online, she was booted. If she had said she hadn't watched any of it, she would have been asked directly about her IG comments and it would have come out. When she told the judge she'd watched parts of it, the judge can't keep her.
But this trial open public and share online, its not her fault if there a clip coming out from her yt feed even she didnt search it. Gina admit just watching clip not full trial.

Gina Deuters was so nervous that she was having a hard time testifying and then to be questioned about watching clips of the trial, she had no idea if it was this trial or the UK trial. She should be allowed back to re-testify.
a little fyi, the defence lawyers prepare you for questions from both sides, she should have had a tiny clue before she got the stand, that's why they prepare you so you won't flub up or get defensive by surprise questions, you might only have one chance to make a valid point of observation. Witnesses just aren't allowed to watch the court they're testifying for. This is for practically all cases. They want the witness witnessing what they think they know. Not the witness changing their mind from watching the testimony and saying something different than they otherwise would have.

Amber lied about having donated her entire 7 million dollar divorce settlement and that heavily influenced the judges ruling. He was even quoted in his judgement saying “donating your entire 7 million divorce settlement, is not the actions of a gold digger”. He didn’t even check to see if she indeed had donated her divorce settlement. The judge didn’t even let Johnny bring in evidence to support his case and that proved she never donated anything! She’s being investigated for perjury now in the UK for that exact statement. However I doubt the judge will do anything about it. Her being investigated for perjury would open his judgement to an investigation and would show how careless his ruling was. He refused to recuse himself from the case even though he had connections to the Sun newspaper that was being sued. That judge is probably going to try and sweep this inconsistency under the rug and block any prosecution for perjury for Amber since it would look bad on his court ruling.

The initial image was presented cropped, so from there she directly asked the witness about seeing any clips of the trial, which led to the events Thursday, Fridays hearing which was not televised was when they presented the full image to the judge and the request to remove Ms. Barlowe from the court.
The judge had to act accordingly and swiftly with information presented, that is the misrepresentation apart from not following the rules of the courtroom. By that time it is already to late the witness already admitted under oath to watching testimony, which wouldn't not have been prompted without Eve Barlowe giving that posting from a year ago, to the lawyer in court, as if it was recent.

She could have inquired into the date sure, but lawyers and members of their team are allowed phones, so if one of the legal team people found it, then it's fair game to have that phone and present it. The problem is that no one inquired about the date which almost always is fact checked against, to prevent such failures in court.

So, I know court cases are rarely cut and dry, but ...we have recordings of Amber admitting to "hitting him" verbatim, we have repeated cases where people on "her side" are caught acting outside the law or twisting and manipulating evidence, and somehow this is still something to settle and she still is trying to come out on top. Seems like anyone with a shred of objectivity and who can see the patterns will note who is clearly the more credible party.

This is another example of how that saying “ walk a mile in my shoes and then judge me” really applies. You never know what’s going on in someones life if you’re not a part of it. I wish there were stiffer penalties for false accusers in any scenario.

She's been tossed out permanently. Eve Barlow is not a witness in this case. If she was on the witness list, she would not have been permitted to sit in the courtroom. The reason you only see JD's witnesses is because the plaintiff calls all of their witnesses first.

Amber Heards Girlfriend left out the date of a social media post that was made January 8th 2021. This is how they were able to get the judge to ask theses questions. They made it look like the post that was made during trial but that wasn’t the case. The defense team has lied and used information that they didn’t verify.
The defense team knew it was an old post. It was a classic trick. Ofcourse they knew the date. They got the witness dismissed at the get go, was what they were after. The judge got rid of Barlow, she was the scapegoat. Look over there... Classic Amber.

It must be nearly impossible to avoid seeing a news clip though, this is why she said she'd seen some clips. It's not the same as 'watching the trial', it was accidentally stumbled across. But Gina Deuters was unsure what the issue could even be, why she was being sternly asked such a thing, and was completely honest, and because of the damning lies of Eve Barlow, she got kicked out.
Ben Chew saying she was properly excluded is because strictly defined she did in fact see a clip, but I would suggest none of the witnesses from either side have avoided it 100%, the most they could do is quickly turn it off, change sites, or not use their computers at all for six weeks.
He said she was properly excluded because _technically_ she was, but if that was the standard there'd be no witnesses at all.

Immediately seemed extremely strange to me when the judge suddenly asked if Depp's friend had informed herself about the case. Completely out of nowhere. The information must have come at that moment and the behavior of Amber's lawyers shortly before was also striking. If they had had the information earlier, this witness would not have come so far in the interrogation. Shortly before it became really interesting in my opinion, the objection came and she was banished.
But if the information turned out to be wrong, it doesn't change anything. Because whether the information that led to exclusion or not was outdated, the witness admitted to having informed herself what she should not have done.
So a happy coincidence for Amber's legal team. If the witness had denied this, the information would have had to be checked, then it would have turned out that they were outdated and she could have continued to testify.

Your summary is spot on. It exposed what she had done. However, misrepresentation of evidence isn't going to help AH'S team as well. It begs the questions of other occasions where she and her friends how perpetrated acts similar to this to further their personal aims and objectives. Johnny's team need to bring the attention of the jury to it. They're used to getting away with stuff. Gina messed up as well. She would have spoken up if she had followed the rules herself. She's a crucial witness who seemed believable to me. It's a shame.

But, no one differentiated that, and when Gina admitted to watching parts of THIS trial online, she was booted. Witnesses just aren't allowed to watch the court they're testifying for. This is for practically all cases. They want the witness witnessing what they think they know. Not the witness changing their mind from watching the testimony and saying something different than they otherwise would have.
