Well, Virginia has the second highest number of opioid addicts of the 50 states. Hopefully, everyone on the jury has experience with opioid addiction, either personally or through friends and family. With all of the many recordings she made during their time together, I hope the jury asks themselves why she wasn't able to capture him actually harming her.

I was infuriated when the attorney asked Johnny if he thought he was “intimidating” by hitting kitchen cupboards because he’s “male and bigger” than Amber. It sends the message that it’s ok for Amber to launch vodka bottles - because she’s female.

If you’ve ever been with an alcoholic or addict, sometimes having videos or photos of what they do / how they act can be helpful when talking to them sober. You get frustrated and sometimes you take pictures, to show them what you have to deal with.

All he did was go off the UK trial and read text messages that again, proved no domestic violence. I have been watching the press coverage of this trial for the last couple of days, investing nearly maybe 6 to 7 hours in total of TH-cam videos. I find it absolutely fascinating and cannot turn away from it. Johnny Depp really is worthy of admiration as a person I believe. This and his situation, as well as Mel Gibson maybe 10 or 12 years ago, are the closest and most relevant things that I can relate to back to my own second marriage where I married a narcissist and had my life completely turned upside down, they’re just so many similarities from which to draw parallel to, And it happened so insidiously and so subtly that I didn’t know it was happening. We later got divorce not because he was mean or an abuser but a weak alcoholic. He died an alcoholic at the early age 50.

Is this image being presented by Amber's lawyer? Because it only makes her look so much worse. If you see your spouse in that state you give them a blanket and move them somewhere comfortable, you certainly dont take that kind of picture and humiliate them in the morning.

I find it absolutely fascinating and cannot turn away from it. Johnny Depp really is worthy of admiration as a person I believe. This and his situation, as well as Mel Gibson maybe 10 or 12 years ago, are the closest and most relevant things that I can relate to back to my own second marriage where I married a narcissist and had my life completely turned upside down, they’re just so many similarities from which to draw parallel to, And it happened so insidiously and so subtly that I didn’t know it was happening. She looks exhausted from the hours and hours of pretending she's a victim. Look at her face. It's not true emotion or reaction. She thinks we can't see it but we can. True victims show incredible sadness from being violated and that's not what we see on her face at all. I see someone trying to dupe everyone.

@@camilungu3962 that’s exactly what I was thinking, she’s using a light colour all over her eyelids to give a swollen look as if she is crying, either not putting concealer under her eyes or putting a dark shadow for emphasis of dark circles and her contour makes her face look very gaunt as if sick or unwell. She’s put a lot of thought behind her physical appearance for the court

As a lawyer myself that was a terribly cringey question and completely unnecessary. I don't know American law that well but if I was Depp's lawyer I would have objected due to lack of relevance. Where is this dude even going with that. What does a man with ice cream on his lap even prove?
