I feel bad for motoyasu. He's a good guy, he's just an idiot. In chapter 3 pr 4 of the light novel it's explained that he died in the same way as the protagonist of school days, he just attracts the wrong kind of women.
That seargant I really feel for... To help the rapist(convicted, whether true or not is a different story) (which again is highest crime), or to defend the village devoid of people. Impossible choices , but I really feel for him. I also respect him, because he decided to help even with siding with Naofumi.

you can hate on the redhead all you like and it will still be justified. Even the 3 heroes pales in comparison to the redhead. While the 3 heroes are stupid, narcissistic, naive and egotistic, they don't have malicious intent. While redhead is a pure ball of malicious intent
To me, Shou Tucker is still the worst, but yeah, she's a solid third place on my list of the most detestable chars ever made... the second place being for the mc of school days.
