Abdul Wadood shield prison came from the pipe shield and the spikes came from the bee needle shield (collected after the first wave). By combining the two he can create a combo that ends with Iron Maiden.

He can only summon it through hatred, when he summons he actually lets lose of his emotions and purposely provokes himself with anger go strengthen it
