I am currently on day 12 of this challenge and there's definitely been some positive changes! I've lost some weight, my waist got a bit thinner and I got a major endorphin and confidence boost! At the beginning I wanted to work out to look better, but now it's more about the feeling of success when I complete a day of the challenge :))) and remember guys, mind-muscle-connection!!

Hey Chloe! Just came here to drop my progress in the last 3 1/2 months. I started with your 4 weeks summer shred and lost 4kgs while following intermittent fasting. Taking cheat days on Sundays. Then I went for your 2021 2 weeks shred and lost 2 kgs. I did it twice in a row. I then gave up intermittent fasting as I felt like my body needs more. Now Currently doing the 2020 hourglass. I've lost 2kgs. I weighed on my full stomach and I'm 63kgs but on empty stomach and after getting fresh I'm 61kgs. So I think its great. Thanks to your programs and ofcourse I'll thank myself proudly as I've given it my all. P.S.- ur " you can't give up now" and "we're almost done" and "keep on holding" really gives me strength to keep myself going
@@solmazjenabi9129 i guess you've hit a plateau and now u r not able to lose weight when u r exercising as well. Therefore you've to change your diet and switch to reverse dieting that is to increase your calorie intake gradually but remaining in a 100-200 calorie deficit too.

Update if anyone cares: I failed miserably and put up a new scedule for myself. Now I'll be doing about 2 and a half hours a day with breaks of course. That's what you get when you gain two kilograms.

this is how i was at the start! i think it's cause i had no arm muscle but like by the second week my arms were toned and its way easier! they don't hurt as much and my abs are doing most of the work now.
For anyone wondering, this shit WORKS! I've been doing it about 4 times a week for the past month, my waist is smaller and more defined, my abs are definitely coming in, and I know by summer my abs and lovehandles will be tight AF. just takes persistence and dedication! you guys can do it!! and it gets easier every time you do it.
7 days ago i didn't understand how anyone physically did a side plank without collapsing and falling every 2 seconds. Today I did this whole video without taking extra breaks and without stopping any of the exercises before the countdown was over! One week of the hourglass challenge down and I can't believe how much stronger I feel already!!:)
Same, I used to need all the rest time and a good 15 sec on top just to get into the next position, now that rest time only goes overtime if it’s changing sides or back to stomach/stomach to back switches. Just finished day 5 ☺️💪🏻
I’ve just recently started following Chloe and I’m obsessed! Not just because of the exercises (ofcourse they’re amazing on their own) but because of her positive vibes. You don’t have to go full on Chloe Ting mode! the purpose is for you to try your hardest at your own pace. You have to try to engage your abs and try not to skip any of them and give it all you’ve got. For example, if you can only do high knees in moderate form for 10 seconds before switching to low impact, that’s totally okay!
Its exactly like after EVERY CLASS is a 5 minute break but the truth is its just some time to go switch rooms and wait for the teacher to open the room and let you in!

I've been working out since October 2019 . Ive never missed Chloe's videos but at one point I got so obsessed with "progress" that i didnt realise that i was getting too skinny due to overworking. This didnt only affect me physically but also mentally. So now I've set a new goal for myself: working out for mental health🥰 and its never been like before.

Okay, I've been doing this workout for a week now, let's see my results. Before: Waist 32 in, lower belly 36 in, navel 35 in. After 1 week: Waist 31 in, lower belly 35 in, navel 34 in. I lost a inch on each section I measured which is really amazing. I notice in the mirror from certain angles that my waist is really defined. I'm probably going to continue doing this workout for another week or even longer than that because it's a good workout. And yes, my pants literally fit better, IT WORKS, TRY IT!

omg trust meee i used to use the floor & kept slipping, but then the second i got a mat (more like snatched one from my mom lmao) it became sooo much easier! u don’t feel like slipping and the ground isn’t as hard
This is the best love handle workout I have ever done. I lost 4cm (1,5 inches) on my waist and I look much toned. In addition to this workout I did the 2 week ab video. My week schedule would look like this: - Monday: both workouts - Tuesday: both - Wednesday: both - Thursday: both - Friday: rest (not any at all) - Saturday: 2 week ab workout - Sunday: rest + I tried to eat healthy, but treated myself on rest days with like one chocolate bar... also I ate intuitively but had 2 binges, but we getting stronger💪🏼 + These workouts were the only activities in my day because of school. You can ask anything you want:)

I started doing this August24th My size before was Belly:30 inches Waist:27inches Sept6th Now its Belly:28inches Waist :25 inches Its really effective, i only do these on weekdays and rest on weekends

everyone has abs, just some not as visible as others. everyone can flex their abs, it just might not show up as visible as others. so yes, you do have abs, just not visible ones yet :)

For those of you who need confirmation if this works. It actually does work as i have been doing this for 3 weeks and i can definitely see changes especially in my mid- waist as it was 37 inches and now 33 inches and as for my lower waist, it was 39 inches and now 36 inches. IT definitely works with the right diet and do cardio or HIIT before doing this workout. GOOD LUCK in your glow up journey.
Hahahahahahahah sometimes I use chloe’s or Group HIIT. I suggest you use Group HIIT as it doesn’t take much time and it allows you to listen to your on motivational music while working out.

For anyone wondering, this shit WORKS! I've been doing it about 4 times a week for the past month, my waist is smaller and more defined, my abs are definitely coming in, and I know by summer my abs and lovehandles will be tight AF. just takes persistence and dedication! you guys can do it!! and it gets easier every time you do it.
7 days ago i didn't understand how anyone physically did a side plank without collapsing and falling every 2 seconds. Today I did this whole video without taking extra breaks and without stopping any of the exercises before the countdown was over! One week of the hourglass challenge down and I can't believe how much stronger I feel already!!:)

Same, I used to need all the rest time and a good 15 sec on top just to get into the next position, now that rest time only goes overtime if it’s changing sides or back to stomach/stomach to back switches. Just finished day 5 ☺️💪🏻

Anyone else feels like theyre doing some of these exercises wrong and sad about it :'( (Edit) hey guys for those who felt discouraged or lose motivation Bc of whatever exercise you do that feels wrong when you do it, ITS OKAY!! But it’s the fact we actually got off our butts and trying to start a healthier journey. As long as you’re there at finish be proud of effort you made ☺️
You don’t have to go full on Chloe Ting mode! the purpose is for you to try your hardest at your own pace. You have to try to engage your abs and try not to skip any of them and give it all you’ve got. For example, if you can only do high knees in moderate form for 10 seconds before switching to low impact, that’s totally okay!

I've been working out since October 2019 . Ive never missed Chloe's videos but at one point I got so obsessed with "progress" that i didnt realise that i was getting too skinny due to overworking. This didnt only affect me physically but also mentally. So now I've set a new goal for myself: working out for mental health🥰 and its never been like before.

Okay, I've been doing this workout for a week now, let's see my results.
Before: Waist 32 in, lower belly 36 in, navel 35 in.
After 1 week: Waist 31 in, lower belly 35 in, navel 34 in.
I lost a inch on each section I measured which is really amazing. I notice in the mirror from certain angles that my waist is really defined. I'm probably going to continue doing this workout for another week or even longer than that because it's a good workout. And yes, my pants literally fit better, IT WORKS, TRY IT!

Final Update: Completed the workout and if I can then you can too! So basically, one thing I know for sure is my hips are wider and my waist is slimmer. My butt is bigger but more toned ofc im not the definition of hourglass but I've got more curves now. This workout worked for me and hopefully it works for you too :D

This is the best love handle workout I have ever done. I lost 4cm (1,5 inches) on my waist and I look much toned.
In addition to this workout I did the 2 week ab video.
My week schedule would look like this:
- Monday: both workouts
- Tuesday: both
- Wednesday: both
- Thursday: both
- Friday: rest (not any at all)
- Saturday: 2 week ab workout
- Sunday: rest
+ I tried to eat healthy, but treated myself on rest days with like one chocolate bar... also I ate intuitively but had 2 binges, but we getting stronger💪🏼
+ These workouts were the only activities in my day because of school.

For those of you who need confirmation if this works. It actually does work as i have been doing this for 3 weeks and i can definitely see changes especially in my mid- waist as it was 37 inches and now 33 inches and as for my lower waist, it was 39 inches and now 36 inches. IT definitely works with the right diet and do cardio or HIIT before doing this workout. GOOD LUCK in your glow up journey.

What HITT cardio would you do before this workout? Did you use Chloe’s cardio video?
Hahahahahahahah sometimes I use chloe’s or Group HIIT. I suggest you use Group HIIT as it doesn’t take much time and it allows you to listen to your on motivational music while working out.
