According to copy right laws, you can not copy, especially to make profit. The correct way is to get written permission from the original talent and buy the rights. It is a shame that they don't want to share money. Then it is simply stealing. Remake is also stealing because you are getting help, no matter how little. Otherwise you would create your own.

See for making remake songs it also needs a particular type of vocals and voice which jubins has and he perfectly fits into that, tell me why no other singers generally copied songs as they didn't have same vocals as old songs have so think positive, always blaming others for their conduct isn't good yet. Also coz of him only we get a chance to listen to the old songs and feels it so why wouldn't we appreciate him for that.
Why not just listen to the old song directly? Also what about the original creators of that song no credit to them, and also a lot of other Indian singers have copied songs from Pakistani artists in the name of remake. if this happens after giving proper credit and due compensation to the original creators then it would make sense but that is not the case. If he is so talented and work with some of the highest revenue generating music industry the least he can do is write and compose an original song which btw most of those Pakistani artists did with a wee percentage in comparison.
