There is nothing wrong with recreating songs or presenting your version of them. HOWEVER, WHAT MATTERS IS THAT YOU MUST GIVE PROPER AND HONEST CREDIT TO THE ORIGINAL ARTISTS AND ENTITIES. Because, after all, their work has set the foundation of your version of the song and its success.

What pre celebration, Jubin and T-Series are not giving any credits to the original lyricist or singer. If he wants to pre celebrate a song then India has also a long list of hit songs. Why they are not so called re creating their own songs, in case they are not copied as well. I think they are clever, they knew that people equal to few grains in India knows about the original songs.
Asim Raza is the one who composed and wrote the song and he denied selling it to Tseries.
