Free Camping On The Salt River

- I camped for free on the Salt River, in the Tonto National Forest. I would highly recommend checking out this area. The road was accessable for most vehicles. Check the road conditions before you go because the area is subject to flash flooding. The America The Beautiful Pass is Recuired to explore the Tonto National Forest.
