I hold mine then the Fitbit logo appears then disappears and shows a red X. It's been like this for 2 days. Doing the hard reset is the only response I get but it's only what I described above then back off again. 🤔 Can anyone help?
I've had more problems with this version than with any other Fitbit product I've owned. Even the design of the magnetic charger is hopeless! I've had to purchase 4, so far, just to keep using the Sense. IT WILL BE MY LAST FITBIT.
Holding button down for 10 to 13 secs worked. Now if I can just remember that for the next time. I was at 92% so don’t understand why it wouldn’t come back on. I turn my Fitbit off at night before going to sleep.
99 percent of this video is absolute waste of time. TLDR.. make sure it's charged... last 30 seconds of video IF all else fails hold the button down for 10+ seconds to restart. Thanks! That worked! Disclaimer if your computer isn't working. Make sure it's plugged in.
FITBIT is garbage. Had one less than a year and the watch face fell off. Fitbit sent me a new one, it failed in less than a year. Was on #3 and got fed up and threw it out for a garmin and have never looked back.

Omg thank you for this! I bought a new charger and my screen was still black! Guess I just needed to do the 10 second restart.

still garbage. I've had several different fitbits and said screw it and went to a garmin soooooooo much better product.
My Fitbit literally came apart. I will NEVER buy another one
