My Luxe was constantly connecting and disconnecting from Bluetooth for 3 days, driving me absolutely crazy. Today I reboot it and it solve the problem. Thank you very much for teaching me how to reboot my tracker. Thanks many times! Also now I am a subscriber!

I’m trying to set my Interval workout timer to different times but, after syncing, it simply returns to the original 30 second move and 10 second rest. Help!

My luxe is switching off when I try to start a exercise program like running. It won't respond to screen taps. My battery is full. Yet when i charge screen wakes up. But no for long.
Instructions were very clear, however, it did not correct my problem. My Fitbit is still showing the wrong day and date. It indicates one day ahead. I have tried everything with no success. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what to do. If anyone had this problem or could help me, it would be awesome!! (the Fitbit customer support hasn't found a solution yet).

Hey! Thanks for the video - definitely worked for me! My fitbit luxe becomes unresponsive if I take it off and dont wear it for a short period of time (eg. 30-40mins). Is this normal? Its feels a little inconvenient.
Maybe make a video about why this POS product randomly resets it steps about 2-3 hours after a new day and then have to starts steps all over again🤷🏻♂️

I would need more information, but if it is having issues, you definitely want to try to return/exchange before you can’t.

Wish i new i could not turn it off, its hogging the bt for other devices that use BT
Any other suggestions? Not responsive. Doesn’t even show it’s charging.

Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, Fitbit does not include any way to turn off or shut down their fitness trackers (like Charge and Luxe series).
