As always Michael, thank you for the great content!
We spent 3 months in Croatia last year and what a treasure! The DN option could be a nice option that could be used strategically to extend ones stay and compliment other travels in and out of the Schengen zone.
    Thanks again sir!

      You're welcome!
Happy to hear you had a nice time in Croatia, it sure is a beautiful country.
Would you consider getting this visa?

@@OffshoreCitizen You are spot on sir! Extraordinarily beautiful!
To your question,... we would eventually like a firm connection to Europe for both travel and as a contingency for any unforeseeable issues in our permanent home in the Philippines. Obviously, we would not want to become tax residents in Europe if it is possible to "have ones cake and eat it to"! As we did earlier this year, we would certainly rely heavily on your vast knowledge of citizenships, treaties, tax structures, residency protocols, offshore banking, etc. Our time spent with you earlier this year was a great investment. Thank you, again.
That said, we recently received our St Kitts-Nevis citizenships/passports and I am having much trouble scheduling renunciation appts ANYWHERE.
While perhaps unlikely, I have concerns that with the ever increasing numbers of those relinquishing,... the socialist party here in the US may suspend renunciations altogether for an indeterminate period of time.
We are also working with an architect for our future home in P.I. so for now, we have "too many irons in the fire" to focus on a proper European pathway at present.
Your content on where to have residency with little or no taxes in Europe is a great starting point and anyone would do very well to seek your counsel regarding the many nuances and easily overlooked perils with the many options available.
Thank you again for all that you publish and the counsel and services you provide, Michael. You are an immense help to many, sir. We look forward to talking to you again.

Walmart has or had a policy of: You can park your RV overnight in their parking lot, while traveling. Because they believed that you'd have a quick stay and then drop off some money while you're there. I'm not ready to crow about Croatia for basically the same scheme.
Meet all these requirements, spend money, then get out.

Thank you for an interesting video. One question: "Your income will not be taxed in Croatia but may be taxed in your home country"... So this program does not create a tax residency?

Thanks for the video. Apart from the lowered tax under the digital nomad visa, are there any other ways to earn tax efficiently whilst living in Croatia?

You can do proper tax planning, depends on your circumstances. Best to book a call to discuss

Thanks Michael, very interested in this. Do you know if the visa requires you to stay in the country, or are you allowed a number of days outside of the country during the visa period (e.g. to visit and spend time in neighbouring countries)?
