This is our first masterclass with an artist on the channel, there's a chance we could revisit a different area of production with Madvilla in the future though!
Can someone explain why did he set up the Aphex Exciter & NI Supercharger GT on seperate bus tracks? I know buses are necessary sometimes, but it didn't look like he needed to set up separate tracks for those? Why didn't he just throw each one of the plugins to where he wanted to affect?
Git Gud Because there is multiple different sounds i process with those effects, having multiple instances of those plugins runs up the CPU real quick. You save a lot of strain on the computer by sending multiple sounds to just one buss 🙂
It is an unreleased bit from Madvilla used in the video, however, you will likely be interested in his new ep here: www.beatport.com/release/work-it-ep/2965660
