Jesus christ, Stack always deliver these songs perfectly. Just how big her vocal range is? The MV is also really cool
Not that high. She stays well between two octaves.
Then again there’s the entirety of the song about Mai and Satono
It's worth noting that on the Hanipaganda album, she goes up to an A5 fairly effortlessly, and the bottom half of her range is indubitably massive (she's definitely got an E3 at the very least, but she might've gone somewhat lower). Stack's absolutely stunning. Her versatility, be it in notes, style, or storytelling, is incredible.
Stack and Reverse Ideology is a match made in heaven.
They did it before with JADOW, and they did it again here. Sasuga Stack-sama.

It's the mood of us pissed as hell at how the upper class and the boomers have ruined our future, and how were told that we were "ungrateful" and "entitled" for not hurrying up and accepting our lot in life. We are tired of being trampled on by billionaires, damn it.

im likely part of the same generation as you, Z, although i can tell you that there are many many people with different political opinions. not everyone is on the left.
I never get tired of this song, it's just such a perfect song that can narrate a lot more then what just happened to Seija... and even to those who understands what its like being the same person and never letting this rotten world ruin you, break you they may... but, it is only those who are most broken and still pertain hope who can ever be such... kinds of people.
OOOH, a second song mentioning the Spider's Thread parable. I get the feeling HELL-O and this song are almost oppositional takes on it.
Not sure how much more nuance there is to the story, but it does seem kinda ambivalent: yeah, Kandata does end up breaking the thread by being selfish and denying it to his fellows escaping hell, on the other hand it was only through his single good deed that there was ever a thread there to begin with.
Still, nice to see some overlap between songs, seeing the perspective of the gods through Hecatia in Hellohell, and now the tormented sinners through Seija here.
I agree. The fact both take oppositional takes on the themes of hellish punishment is probably a strong indicator as to why both songs released around the same time. If HELLOHELL is about how pure, divine entities judge our entire lives and provide punishment, Reverse Trigger is from the perspective of damned sinners born subjugate to that system and going against that natural order. Really cool if that is the case.

Drawing these parallels between seeming unrelated characters from different games is going above and beyond to give meaning to these songs.
OH OH, I wonder if the use of modern commercial annoyances in HelloHell like loyalty cards and waiting rooms means something in the grand scheme of things. Small concessions or tokens meant to be exchanged as false hope. That bolsters the point in this song even more, by highlighting how arbitrary the systems of punishment are.
