Instead, she developed the emotion of hope on her own, thus gaining control over her rampant masks and learning to feel emotions herself. I love tsukumogami that develop character and personality like that! Deadpan Kokoro is cute. Great PV too, as per usual.

Imagine if Stack vocaloid software with tunable modes existed. Slide the voice cadence to heavy metal, angelic, badass rap, or just cute Cirno voice. Of course I’d still prefer the real voice, but her voice is so dynamic like an instrument that I though of it.
Thought it sounds pretty "ok" at first. Few hours later i'm crying, because i see how it's filling me with so much emotion! Stack's songs are more than just music, they're making you feel along with the words and sound!

Been listening to this song from the 太陽の花 -Eternal Summer- album for months, but I've only been able to vaguely guess the meaning based on "66" and "65" and Hata no Kokoro's story. Now that I can actually understand this song (thanks subtitles) to vivid imagery... it's so powerful!
I know literally nothing about touhou but this character makes me feel super intrigued and super depressed at the same time. see I dont even know anything about the character so maybe this isn't depressing but. the masks just look foreboding (I know they're traditional masks and all but they seem to represent something here so......) also the visuals here are fucking glorious 😩 this whole thing is so cool I almost cried no joke
Touhou is a bullet hell shooter game, well known for its danmaky fights, the majority of the cast are female , it centers around yokai and such supernatural beings while a miko solves incidents The character is kokoro she is a yokai (Japanese monsters).... ( from what I can remember born from masks?) Her face is emotionless but she is emotional herself but cannot express it so she uses her mask to show how she is feeling...she looses her mask of hope and drives her crazy I advise you looking into hopeless masquerade since the whole lore is explained :)
This is the Stack's song that took me the longest to come to appreciate. The shift at 0:12 is so ugly and jarring, but it makes a great audible representation of Kokoro's sudden destabilization. Incredibly clever.
