Someone has probably mentioned already, but humid air has higher oxygen content, which allows any fuel to burn more efficiently, in addition to the heat energy contained in the unit and transferred into the meat and in the steam.
I did have a problem a whiles back and you told me to check out some old videos and you started showing back up again. I actually thought at the time you had quit.
OUR best ribs so far: 3 hr in Traeger smoker at LOW temp. 1.5hr at full temp/pressure in pressure cooker along with our sauce/glaze. Take out and put under regular oven broiler for a relatively short time while basting with glaze. Makes great taste, crust and tender as all get-out!!!!

That is a function of your personal device. Make sure your music emphasis is "off" (many apps turn this on by default). I edit the music in these videos very carefully to never exceed 12% of the main audio track when I'm talking and my software normalizes all audio in my content. Works great on all MY devices, but I can't control yours. Hope this helps.
You haven't received many views because you have been doing "catch and cook" would be my guess. Those snowflakes on not mytube have been blocking you. :).

We are now in NE FL. I grew up here but lived in Central FL for 35 years. The thermometer came from my Dad. He was a Pabst salesman before I was born.
I'm still subscribed it shows looking at the videos I've watched all of them part of the way through or all of the way through
